I have just taken flix buses from London Victoria all the way to Krakow in Poland. I stopped at Paris, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Prague, Bratislava and finally Krakow. This was much better than flying and took less time, the coaches went city to city so no transfers, waiting in airports, cabs or trains. All in all I got to see all those places in two weeks and it cost far less than a package holiday. I would definitely recommend flix bus.
@@FarooqF-g2x I took all the busses in the daytime so no need to sleep, the longest is London to Paris but you are still there by the evening and some go on the ferry so time to get off ect. After that they are only around 5 hrs or less. Once you are in prague you can also take a train to Bratislava Which takes an hour and a half and is about 15€. Also alternatively instead of Krakow, Bratislava is the nearest capital in the world to another capital so you can get to Vienna Austria in an hour. Although it is comfortable, but doesn't recline much, I just found the age and quality of the busses weren't as good after Germany with some being picked up by a rented coach rather than the standard flix bus one.
@@wendyHew that's great, thank you but I did check the time taken to reach Krakow by Flixbus it's more than 30 hours. So did you stay at the hotel somewhere and you bought different connections (tickets) of Flixbus or just 1 ticket?
@@FarooqF-g2x I checked Flix bus and my last bus was from Bratislava in Slovakia to Krakow direct and was 6.5 hours. My total stops were Paris, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Prague, Bratislava and Krakow. @@wendyHew I understood from your earlier comment that you took the bus all the way from Britannia but now I notice it is from Bratislava. By the way, there are increasing videos where people do take more than 24 hours route on Flixbus. It is doable but I think one may get super tired and especially when you end up in the city where you need to find a hotel accommodation. Totally agree that the fleet of flix bus on many routes are ild busses and uncomfortable with poor toilets if at all.
Excellent video! nicely edited and information presented in a very pleasant way. Good to see that flixbus is finally operating in the baltic countries.
Hi from PRAGUE - I have been to all 3 Baltic ststes - the most impresive is Riga, Latvia - as a history and architecture lover - nometter I am from PRAGUE- the most beautiful city in europe - I felt in love with Riga - its a very similar architecture, everithing very well preserved, very clean, milions and milions of flovers everyvhere, 1very well kept parks, VERY CLEAN everwhere, a lot of cafés, CZECH TRAMS, CZECH BUSSES, amazing fish market, - people naturally speak Latvian and russian there, many people speak english too, very nice , very helpfull!!
I was in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn some years ago, among other cities in the three countries, and I loved it. Especially Tallinn. Its transportation system, old and new neighborhoods... A beautiful city.

Hello, 5:30 as a person who was born, raised and living in Panevezys, saying that our city is small Lithuanian town, it hurts my heart. But actually it's true, I live 15 years in this city and it's always boring there. ;))
Last year I went to Riga, I spent in Latvia 4 months as a volunteer in European Solidarity Corps volunteering project and I was taking FlixBus from Romania to Hungary, from Hungary to Slovakia (Bratislava) and from Bratislava to Riga and I was really worried because of the bad reviews of FlixBus but I was nicely surprised how smooth it was all the trip....bus from Bratislava was 25 minutes late but okay it could be a fault of the traffic so I couldn't complain really I loved the trip, and this year I go back to Latvia again as a volunteer and I take again FlixBus hope I will be lucky again 😊😅
I am surprised because normally on FlixBus are mostly very bad reviews dirty buses, or bus doesn't show up at all, aggressive drivers, huge delays, and no help with luggages, and company doesn't take responsibility for these their issues
Great trip. 28 hours road trip in Europe, 5 countries passed, meanwhile in my country, 28 hour road trip, still in same country, just different province or maybe different island (in some big Island, it's just different province, if you're lucky, maybe another country who have shared land border). Bit curious, how much your food supplies during this trip, and did you eat heavy meals during long stop?
Thank you. I don't normally bring much food with me, just sandwiches, fruits, and a cereal bar. To be honest, I don't get too hungry on these trips, which is why I don't bring much food with me. Because bus stops are usually only 10-15 minutes long, I can sometimes get a cup of coffee at a gas station or coach station and that's all.
Hello, the total cost was around 150 euros, of which 70 euros were for tickets. I slept well on the bus, and there was a WC :) I really like the city, I've been there twice before and decided to take another trip 😊

@@BalticTraveller thanks! In May 2022, I flew to Amsterdam to board 12Night cruise. After the cruise, I rode the train to Brussels MIDI then long Blablacar bus ride to Barcelona Spain. I also rode bus from London Victoria all the way to Rome Italy for another cruise. That was cool because the bus got on the ferry from Dover UK to Calais France. I did more bus rides again in 2023 after my cruises from Rome Italy then to Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, and Serbia where I flew back home to Texas. I may share my stories later:). This time, I may ride FlixBus again for over 50-hours from Romania to Tallin Estonia, and visit your country for few days and possibly cross over to Russia. Then take this route to Prague to fly back home to Texas. I have three cruises this time. Your videos help with my planning. Thanks!
Amazing, I would also like to experience a longest direct FlixBus route from Romania to France, which is 56 hours bus ride. Glad to hear that my videos were useful for you!
Hey, there is a bus between Tallinn and St.Petersburg, you can check Lux Express or Ecolines for the tickets, I do not have a video about this route, unfortunately.
Yeah, there were 2 drivers for the first 17 hours but they changed between each other every few hours, then after 17 hours came 2 new drivers for the rest of the journey.

FlixBus is the worst company you can possibly choose. This video is a joke. The busses are cramped, the drivers bad, the A/C isn't working and they are always late - if they show up at all.

Hi
border check police?
Schengen area so no checks. Not sure if they check your ID at the start of the trip, so they'd know who you are.

Yes, there is a toilet in the bus.
