    - Self-doubt is a mental conversation in which your mind questions your ability to find a desired solution to a perceived problem
    1. Share your self-doubt with the people you trust
    2. Self-doubt is a call to love yourself
    3. Love yourself regardless of your achievements
    4. Forgive yourself for your past failures

"surround yourself with people who build you up"
I think that was one of the best advices I'd ever received. Alternatively sadly, if you can't find those people, it's better to be alone than in the company of those who was to take a jab at you whenever possible because they have issues with themselves.

I think a lot about coulda woulda shoulda scenarios and feel bad about them, but everyone, including myself, is just doing their best with the info and experiences they have to pull from at any given time.

I had an interview at my dream job abroad, 30 minutes before the phone call started I began doubting myself: "What am I doing here interviewing for this job? I don't even have the skills to work there!" and with this mindset I went to the interview, already thinking very low of myself and it showed and affected my whole performance. I didn't get the job and regret it to date! Great talk, thank you! :)

Great conversation. I have suffered from self-doubt for years, but with high aspirations. I had to get out of cult and leave all my family. I had did it and it was the best decision ever made. I did travel around the world and studies college, lived in a few countries, but leaving my family was my big crutch. I also suffered from depression before that. Today, I miss my family, but I don’t have this huge depressions anymore. I have a great husband and son.

Self doubt creates the hesitation and hold you back from right decision. However, we're living in the world of spreading the self doubt, some people always makes this to us and this is why we have to avoid these toxics. Furthermore, we all must have self-esteem to lower our self doubt. Thanks for the speech.

This is a great talk! While I am fortunate enough to generally look at my negative internal dialogue as merely signals of how I need to account for possible roadblocks & succeed nonetheless, it took me much longer to develop this relationship to similar comments I get from others. There are particular people in my life that, while I love them, I used to get very frustrated & discouraged by their comments on my life path. Once I learned to simply thank them for pointing out the things I needed to account for in order to persist & succeed, it changed my relationship to them completely. Thanks for giving this talk, it’s inspiring for sure!

This talk resonated with me on many levels. Ambitions with shallow or false motivations. Keeping oneself "busy" with so many distractions. Admitting one's mistakes or missteps in the context of knowing that you did the best you could at that moment. Learning from one's past missteps. Lots of great content. Very inspiring to me. One day I decided to give that self doubting voice in my head a name. By doing this I feel like I’m separating my true self from that voice. I see it as an external voice. Not what I truly think. I realized a lot of my self doubt or negative thoughts matched the things my peers and family would say to me at a young age and has soon developed into a personal belief today. But by giving it a name different than my own, I have a better time convincing myself that that voice is not me. I now tell myself I am more and I can achieve the goals that I thought were too good for me. And when that voice speaks, I hear it but chose not listen to it.

Self Doubt is essential to overcoming your hurdles in life. They'll help you gauge what you need to achieve them. Self Doubt in a sense is the vision, and Confidence is the plan. In today's world social media portrays certain standards and expectations, and it may seem like you're either falling behind, or maybe you're not even in the ball park. This is not the case. You might even compare yourself to your peers around you who you might think are successful, and that might be the case, but understand that it takes time and effort to get to where they are today. Everyone goes through the same issues in life, one way or another. Be confident in what you do and you'll experience progress you never thought was possible.
(A speech I had with a former employee. It's mostly word for word. Some words I've substituted with vernacular from the video. But I hope this helps anyone who thinks they're inadequate in life, or if they're stuck in a rut)

I have been questioning myself and my future so much I kept asking myself " can I make it in the future?".
I guess it's time to treat myself better and stop blaming myself that I didn't do better. In fact, I already did, and it's the best of what I could do at that time. We can grow, but everyone starts from somewhere including myself.
The fact that I gave myself the chance to be in the interview and apply for the job speaks volumes of my effort. That I should be proud of, better than not doing anything or giving myself a fighting chance. Better luck next time:)

Yeah! Self-doubt is like a painkiller which kills our all dreams . Believe in your self don't let your past determine your present. You got every right to a beautiful life. So go outside and conquer the world.

What an inspiring speech! Thanks for sharing.
It's a new way of thinking for me, in which self-doubt reminds of self-love. Turning past failures to a bunch of gaining-experiences-things relieves me. I know the past and all things I have done and haven't done should be thinking as in the way you told us before watching this, but self-doubt still keeps me up at night and gives me the anxiety without myself ever relizing it's happening. While struggling and scrolling youtube for distracting, I found this video.
Thanks for you, now I would say that I would love to be in a relationship with self-doubt =))
