    I am a student and watching you for a long time.
    love you sir, but I want to tell you that pl don't put these type of thumbnails and these type of titles it makes you look like a vloger. Your vedios are so much informative and not like others but these thumbnails and titles make your vedios a less effective. Solution: pl start using your old "Summer Bulk no=" and old simple thumbnails.
    I also want to add somthing more today that using the number of days in titles describe your dedication towards fittness and to your subscribers. And also it motivates us, because those big numbers create a huge impact on ourselves and we start questioning ourselves that "If this man can do it then why not you?" So it complete your aim to make your subscribers fit and healthy.

    Bhaiya i started from 110kgs now I'm 75kg and doing gym since last 3-4years,I have good lean physique as well but i have fat in form of loose skin on my belly and how can i get rid of it,it try everything with 2g of protein per kg and right training.Also watching you since lock down,Lots of love ❤️

      so just increase the steps and daily life activity and also if u think eating too much protein help in build muscle so this is also wrong as u already mention it your weight is 75kg u only need 140gm to 150gm of protein in a day and just increase daily life activity definitely u see some changes bro🙂
