36x16? The municipalities are really stuck from another generation of building. They need to get their departments ( building/ environment/administration/ county/ provincial etc/ all internet interfaced WITH EACH OTHER .. so the tax payer doesn’thave to go all over kingdom come to get the information they need. So much of the time they are not even in the office since Covid , which is really frustrating. They are the nicest people you will ever meet and they know their stuff. The fees for these “permits” are really usurious too.
