Cut handlebars with basic tools

A pipe-cutter that plumbers use works great and so easy!

@@BruceChastain Try it, but only on metal bars. The cutter is pretty easy to use and the cuts are always straight.

9:25 I use a thick electrical wire to keep the same angle: Wire flat on the handle, then bend it to make a vertical... that's your angle!
