Beautiful patterns! I love the Spider one too! I want to make a cowl, how can I knit these patterns in the round? How can I convert your patterns to knit them in the round? God bless
To knit my patterns in the round you have to cast-on and knit a multiple of the repeated stitches (the black frame). So you forget about symmetry sts and edge sts. That is valid for most of the patterns, but sometimes it can ruin the design (like the branches pattern). Anyway it's OK to do it for the Medallion pattern and for the Spider also. The only thing to change with the Spider pattern and others that have the same "problem" is that if the repeat inside the black frame starts with a sl1yo column and ends with a brk column, you should knit starting the second column inside the black frame (brk column) and end with the first sl1yo column outside the black frame. But this is just for "doing it right" and start with a "knit" stitch and not a "purl" one. This is how the repeat for knitting in the round usually starts. So, if you just repeat the content inside the black frame as is, it won't change the pattern. I hope you understand the idea behind this long explanation.
SPECTACULAR COMBINATION.
Thank you so much, Consuelo!!!!
Hermoso su trabajo, muy bello.
