The Ninja V with AtomOS11 helps me to keep my Lumix S5. Also the S5II even with the extra feature packs does not have the external record to USB-C SSD capability to the S5 IIX does. You can however license for ProRes RAW on the S5 II, so I'd argue you'll still find benefit for the Ninja V. In addition, this video and the idea that the S5 IIX misses the real opportunity of Camera 2 Cloud and the synchronization of multiple Ninja's for multi-cam live production without an ATEM. Again, not a need for most users, but a powerful feature-set beyond just recording when combined with the Atomos Connect.
Great news as well, Atomos has confirmed a continuing commitment to the original Ninja V with the release of AtomOS11 for the Ninja V and V+. Base OS11 is free and there is an "OS11 Feature pack" that can be purchased that brings the newer features to the existing hardware.
Seriously, for Panasonic® Lumix® GH6, S5ii, and S5iix owners, all those "Reasons" are already built into our cameras, but thanks anyway.

it was affordable for me adding the ninja to my S5 as opposed to buying a S5ii. I do love how it is built into newer cameras though!
Your accent mixed with your background music make your video IMPOSSIBLE to UNDERSTAND for me. Please, MUTE the music when you are speaking!
This concept of review is genius Emilio ! It’s like you’re being interviewed . Truly amazing 💫
Thanks my friend. Who knows maybe I was actually :)
Btw video has some sound buzzing at some parts for eg @6:45, hope that was not the Atomos 😐
Wireless mic interference
You mean wireless mic interference with the Atomos® -- and if not, then with what ? I'm just curious. @@Emiliotakas

That opening text was difficult to read and not up long enough.
On purpose…let’s not spoil the 8 reasons from the beginning! 😅
@@EmiliotakasI did think that. I also thought my glasses needed to be cleaned.
