Hi! Is it possible to speed the the drying process by tuning up the temperature? If yes? At what degrees would you recommend?
I wouldn't recommend turning up the heat. The idea is to dehydrate the tapioca, any higher temperature would start baking the tapioca. This would leave a poor end result and a potential bitter taste.
Can you advice have you put any salt or condiment to cook with, won't it taste bland without it?
