When i started doing chloes workouts regularly, i started getting tons of compliments on my body. Everyone asked me my workout and gym routine and when i said i was doing home workouts only and not paying that much attention to my diet they were suprised. Even though i didnt lose that much weight (1-2 kilos) my body was visibly leaner. Me not losing weight was due to not eating that healthily. Most women hate him more than anything because they felt like they weren't losing weight, obviously you're not going to lose weight if you don't eat a balanced diet :) I don't understand this generation . I don't understand why they want to lose weight and have a vuluptous body without dieting, that's why they were throwing hate at her, because she said that it is necessary to follow a diet.
Back in 2020-2021, when it was lock down period, I lost 7 kgs in 6 months thanks to Chloe's workout vids! Since then I've got a full time corporate job & work has been crazy where I'm always home by 9 pm. Stopped exercising & binged eat to cope with the stress until 2024. So here I am again after gaining 14 kgs, trying to incorporate Chloe's exercise again everyday at 10 pm💀

Chloe was a godsend during Covid. I was able to stay fit because of her. I stopped exercising because of work and stress. Now I came back because I know her workouts actually work. Starting from today, will keep updating every day. Current weight:76 Day 1:✅ Tired by the end of first set. Took 2 breaks but kept going till the end!
Chloe workouts are not easy, handles the whole body, you can always add weights to it to get even more of a workout, but is exceptional! And it's free, so I don't know how anybody can complain. And when it's jumping exercises - I immediately smile and feel like a child😇 I started doing HIITs again after a long break. Day 3 - after 2000 walking, 6.20 still but I'm more comfortable to do it, not feeling warn out as much as yesterday. Still low impact version though.

Maybe not losing that much weight but looking visibly leaner means you gained plenty muscle mass!

Wow It's my second attempt of this workout. I improved so much Compared to the first day. My jumping has gotten a lot better. I still am dying but at least I did all! 😮😮🎉

Thank you Chloe♥️ I've been working out by your videos since ~2019. My body gets leaner in literally a week or two. And when it's jumping exercises - I immediately smile and feel like a child😇 I started doing HIITs again after a long break. Previously i did kundalini yoga which made me feel good, but didn't help with weight loss as much
I've seen so many of her workouts I'm not sure why people hate on her.. I've also seen transformations so her workouts obviously work!

I'm dead! I'm so dead! This workout is not intense, it's *INTENSE!!*
Day 1 - This is my first day and I can only done it to 4 minutes, I'll try a bit more harder tomorrow t-t (weight around 57.5)
Day 2 - 6.20, not full package but still improve, right...? T-T...
Day 3 - after 2000 walking, 6.20 still but I'm more comfortable to do it, not feeling warn out as much as yesterday. Still low impact version though.
Chloe Can you upload a video explaining what is the best time to exercise, morning or evening? Also, please explain to us for people who do not have time in the morning to exercise, can they exercise in the evening?

Hey chloe im 16 and when i was 13 i used to do your workouts. I was overweight but you helped me be normal ... I went to a boarding school so i stopped working out so now im quite overweight again so ive started again but this time ill make sure i keep active even at school
i've gotten really good on the 2019 2 weeks shred. i thought i was in shape. this just killed me again 🤣🤣🤣
