    Hey Chloe you really changed my life in the best way when I started doing your workouts during COVID. But after two years I lost the track and gained weight again and I am still struggling to keep that spirit and have a healthy Lifestyle. I hope I get on the track again.     chloe's workouts in quarantine specifically in 2020 changed my whole body and i was a whole another different person that time with the healthiest body . now i gained quite a lot after not doing any of chloe's workouts and not dieting since 2022 so i wanted to start fresh again this year , wish me luck

    Lately I’ve been feeling so insecure about my body and instead of dressing to cover it up so people won’t notice the parts I’m insecure about I’m trying to work out and gain confidence to be comfortable in my own skin. Keep replying everyday with motivation so I don’t give up 😭

    When i started doing chloes workouts regularly, i started getting tons of compliments on my body. Everyone asked me my workout and gym routine and when i said i was doing home workouts only and not paying that much attention to my diet they were suprised. Even though i didnt lose that much weight (1-2 kilos) my body was visibly leaner. Me not losing weight was due to not eating that healthily. So thank you so much chloe, i feel more confident, i feel stronger and overall better. ❤❤❤

      Also a reminder that weight isn't exactly an accurate measure of health. Muscles are usually denser than fat cells

      Most women hate him more than anything because they felt like they weren't losing weight, obviously you're not going to lose weight if you don't eat a balanced diet :) I don't understand this generation . I don't understand why they want to lose weight and have a vuluptous body without dieting, that's why they were throwing hate at her, because she said that it is necessary to follow a diet.

    Back in 2020-2021, when it was lock down period, I lost 7 kgs in 6 months thanks to Chloe's workout vids! Since then I've got a full time corporate job & work has been crazy where I'm always home by 9 pm. Stopped exercising & binged eat to cope with the stress until 2024. So here I am again after gaining 14 kgs, trying to incorporate Chloe's exercise again everyday at 10 pm💀

    Starting today with this video along with the abs video so total 30 mins of workout. I feel like dying I am currently 66.4 KGS. Lets go guys. during to issues with my mentural cycles and beingon alot of meds I have gained belly fat which isnt alot but for me it is lol so my goal is to reach 56 KGS by the end of this year. my diet is good and i have been off sugar for quite a while. I hope that this encourages someone. pls like this so that i can come back to update.

    نقطة لوسمحت لكي استطيع العودة 😊
    الوزن قبل 57.0
    اول اسبوع : تم
    لقد اكان اسبوع صعباً جداً تمرنت 5 ايام الان وزني 56.0 لقد فقد كيلو. ولقد قلل كميات الاكل. اعتقد فقدت الدهون ليس العضل لاني لاحظت تغير في شكل جسمي🎉🔥
    انتظروني في باقي الأسابيع 😊

    I lost nearly 4-5 kgs in 2021 by following ur workouts consistently
    But now since 2022 I've gained lot of weight bcz of my sedentary lifestyle
    Now I've decided to get back to my healthy lifestyle

    I first did this workout in 2020 when I was 1 year postpartum and I thought I was going to die. I would cry during the workout and could barely get through it some days. Fast forward to today, I just did it and although it is still SO hard, I felt so strong in my body!!! Thank you and God bless you Chloe for the work you are doing and have done to help us all be healthier and more confident in ourselves! ♥

    Thanks a ton chloe! Since past 3-4 years i’m solely following you for workouts! But I wasn’t a very consistent one! But now since past 2 months I was consistent and I completed your weight loss challenge and in few day i’ll be done with your hourglass challenge! I’ve seen visible changes in my body! Especially those abs! I’m just loving my body’s transformation! And it got possible because of you chloe! ♥️ i was 60 kgs and now it reduces to 58 kgs! But that change in my body is much more! ♥️

    I literally take a long break between each set so I can fully commit to all 3 set with a lot of energy ! And it works for me! even if I have to rest for 30min before I continue …I do it 😇

    Chloe was a godsend during Covid. I was able to stay fit because of her. I stopped exercising because of work and stress. Now I came back because I know her workouts actually work. Starting from today, will keep updating every day. Current weight:76
    Day 1:✅ Tired by the end of first set. Took 2 breaks but kept going till the end!

    Chloe workouts are not easy, handles the whole body, you can always add weights to it to get even more of a workout, but is exceptional! And it's free, so I don't know how anybody can complain. A great workout and all you have to dois give her a thumbs up and leave her a great comments. That's your exchange.

    Thank you Chloe♥️ I've been working out by your videos since ~2019. My body gets leaner in literally a week or two. And when it's jumping exercises - I immediately smile and feel like a child😇 I started doing HIITs again after a long break. Previously i did kundalini yoga which made me feel good, but didn't help with weight loss as much

    Day 1 - This is my first day and I can only done it to 4 minutes, I'll try a bit more harder tomorrow t-t (weight around 57.5)
    Day 2 - 6.20, not full package but still improve, right...? T-T...
    Day 3 - after 2000 walking, 6.20 still but I'm more comfortable to do it, not feeling warn out as much as yesterday. Still low impact version though.

    I was enjoying your workout for 5 years ,now im struggling with disc problem cant even run or jump 😔 ,i hope GOD will heal me and start working out again , ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Hey chloe im 16 and when i was 13 i used to do your workouts. I was overweight but you helped me be normal ... I went to a boarding school so i stopped working out so now im quite overweight again so ive started again but this time ill make sure i keep active even at school
