I don’t exactly understand which side the bead pops off. Does the tire pop outside of the rim, or slides inside near the drop center. So I’ll give a reply to both:
If the tire slides to the drop center (inside the rim) during riding.
      Most likely reasons and solutions:
      1. The mousse is too small for the tire. The mousse should be replaced with a correctly sized one.
      2. The mousse requires 2 rim locks (standard for super-soft hard enduro mousses). Super soft moussed often require a valve stem to get the bead seated before fastening the rim locks.
If the tire pops off the rims during riding.
The reason for a tire to pop off during riding is usually that the tire bead has been stretched out and the wires have broken. This could be a result of incorrect mounting methods or a defective tire. Either way the tire cannot be fixed and should not be used. Even when mounted again, it will reoccure.
A few tips how to avoid this when mounting a tire.
      1. When mounting the last quarter of the second bead, make sure that the tire is guided to the drop center from the opposite side. Try to get at least 1/3 of the bead to slide down to avoid damage. Use tire irons, bead buddies, screw drives, or anything else that fits in there and helps to guide the tire down while you are working with the two tire irons.
      2. Take small steps when getting to the end. You will have more control and less effort is needed.
      3. Make sure that the part of the tire bead that needs to slide to the drop center is lubed. Usually when mounting mousses the mousse lube gets everywhere, but it is better to clean the bead of mousse lube and use soapy water or any bead grease for lubrication.
      4. When you hear tire bead cracking STOP mounting and make sure that previous steps are covered.
