So very thankful for access to the Silver Sneakers website and the many exercises to choose from, this being one of my favorites. I recently stopped going to the gym because I don't drive anymore. You and the other trainers have been a great help to keep me moving, providing relief from pain that comes with PAD. Thank you!

This is one I often come back to. I really prefer it when exercise videos take place outdoors, although I realize that sometimes weather or recording issues (mostly sound?) can make that tricky. It makes me feel less house-bound. I pretend I am there. I am more likely to exercise along with the video.
I like this one , it keeps me alert am a person that gets very bored and needs to move even if i have right knee that will not bend, but i can keep up i just can not do a lot of sitting in chair makes me sleepy
My insurance dropped SS and went with another system. I am sticking with SS via UA-cam. I miss Andi and Jennie and the other SS coaches!!! So glad they have some classes on UA-cam!!!
Well, this is nice anytime I need a nice quick 1,000 or so steps. Where did you record this? I kept thinking back to when my boyfriend and I went to the Shenandoah National Park back in September. We climbed to the Hawksbill Summit and got a stunning view.
No one know how this is helping me because when you have a knee that you can go up stair but can not come down, so i can do this trying my hardest to do folding knee back , stand up exercises work better and i enjoy working out with You
I senior gain much weight since this pendemic. I need to start slow walking at my pace..at the mall. Out of shape no exercise. Cannot do various exercise, because of a left light leg imjury. Out circulation a want to start doing something to get moving and lose calories.help! .

I'm enjoying this video of Andi's as it's easier to transition to all the move changes so, thus, I'm more likely to do the exercise frequently.
