    That Dragon kits nice I think Adam Mann built one a few years ago I watched before got mine amd looking forward to RFMs definitely! But we will.see what's right and what's wrong but don't think there will be much it'll probably be the old basic base kit that we are all familiar with again so not complaining! I've got a tone of different parts from that border model's Tiger left over but now looking at my research books and papers etc I've collected over many years to see if they can be used with an RFM build that's totally different! I'm waiting to move to my new house before getting a 3D printer I've really no room for it here but looking forward to learning about them with all the 3D parts coming out! Road wheels now that's great! I'm building the Takom blitz late jagdtiger but it's only got the early type wheels in that so looking for a set of late spares from someone just now as the bolt arrangement is different to the early version sane with idlers the spikes are narrower on the late so to build an accurate late from the 2 in 1 kit, I hate that on boxes when it's clearly not! Son3D prints would be so handy just to print off when come to issue's like this!

      I have to say it's a lot of fun to discover these Dragon Tigers by starting with thier first release. So far I've adjusted the ride hight of the chassis and printed mirrored tracks as well as initial road wheels for it. I'm at this very moment setting up my new room and I hope I can start do stuff again within a week. Still need to hunt down some new furniture in order to keep clutter at bay right from the start. I'll start soon doing some educational stuff on 3D printing for us modellers here on youtube.

  • @rickmoreno6858

    Okay so I have to right field the full interior kit the 503 Kursk kit numbers 5003 so in that box is it historically accurate is what I want to know cuz I want to build it but I wanted to be historically accurate cuz I have a diorama print planned for the cursed battle

    • @Tankbrusher
      @Tankbrusher  3 роки тому +1

      James gave a good source of information. I can't comment on the interior, for the exterior you need to know the turret number. Out of the blue I'm not sure if the 503 was outfitted in one go with same batch tigers till Kursk. There are two books you can look for - Volume 3 of the one I showed by Volker Ruff and there is by Münch "the combat history of schwere panzer-abteilung 503". either one of them will give you all the reference material you'll need, together with tiger1.info for correcting the kit.
