This was very, very cool! I hope to see and hear more postings in the near future. The 668B sound signature was impressive especially considering the price. I'm guessing the paper towel mod was to soften the highs, but what effect (other than comfort) did changing the earpads have?

I like beyerdynamics, but they cost 2-3 times more then Superlux. For the price they sounds fantastic (I talk about the gaming experience) and also for music or movies. But you must mode them!!

This one is the closed design. Open has a more open and so-called realistic sound. I do recommend the HD 668B (moded with EQ).
