The Five-Factor Model (or the “Big 5”) of Personality is a model that was derived by several groups of psychologists from around the world. This model has demonstrated 5 overarching personality factors or traits that can define a person’s temperament. In this lesson, we discuss these personality traits, along with some of the underlying neurotransmitter systems and genetic involved, how individuals act according to their personality traits and how these traits may change throughout life.

I think we tend to exaggerate this trait within ourselves, which is that we are less anxious than we imagine compared to people who are more anxious.
In addition, there are some factors that influence our actual evaluation, such as suffering from chronic pain or having had recent negative experiences, etc
But if it exists, it means in some instances it's good. Imagine a very dangerous situation that looks normal. A very stable personality may be more sought out but there's a reason most people are neither :if you're very stable you can't sense hype or dangers.
@@haiderissa163I don't think so. Every personality trait is on a bell curve. That means most people are neither x or y but there's some individuals when you interact with them and think woah that's a freak (being at either extreme).
I'm a freak too, there's nothing wrong: 100% open, 75% nevrotic, 80% conscientious, 30% extroversion, 60% agreeable
