Genuine, first reactions in here. You can actually see my brain trying to process Chef Adam's explanation of the Ascent's new features.
We recorded this video at Vitamix Headquarters in late 2016, just before the Ascent Series was released. You can see us trying not to mispronounce its name. "Ascent Series?"
This review shows the A3500, but discusses features across the entire Ascent line. A2300, A2500, A3300, and A3500.
My favorite feature of the A3500? As you can see, it has a built-in digital timer. Watch it count up, or set it to countdown and stop blending automatically.
Just like now Legacy G-Series machines (Pro 750, for example), you can use the A3500 on "automatic" or "manual transmission." The difference is that the A3500 has both a manual dial and touchscreen programmed controls. (One could say the A3500 is a hybrid between the all touchscreen 780 and the top-of-the-line G-Series Pro 750.

Ok guys, I just bought the A3500 Vitamix blender today! Bam! Watching the NOYOKE videos have been an invaluable asset to my decision-making process. I'm loving the A3500. However when will we know more information on how we will be able to utilize the Bluetooth in it? Like will the Perfect Blend be able to send the speed or program settings to the A3500 after weighing the ingredients? I would love that feature as a value add. Also it seems much quieter...that is a big plus.

I’ve got some issues for claiming the warranty in my country for the vitamix product i bought from e-commerce (not the distributor). I really into this Ascent series. But it made me sad that i can't claim the warranty at two distributor company in Indonesia where i’m livin, just because i didn’t buy it from them.
I bought my A2500i ascent series from online e-commerce located in UK and it was all perfect Vitamix High Speed Blender until it cannot function normally after one year of purchase (i'm not often using it). The motor-based can’t detect it’s SELF-DETECT jug (it showing three slash on the indicator panel). The motor now useless without jug.
I don’t have any relatives in the UK, so if i claimed the warranty, they can’t ship it back to my country. So, i’m just sharing this to remind you all to think twice before purchasing from online e-commerce. Because i don’t want this unpleasure thing happen to you guys.
looks great if i had to say one thing bad about it is that i would like the handle of the jug to have the black rubber handle on it instead of the clear plastic handle but other than that its one great looking machine just wish i could get one haha i lov my VITAMIX :-)
How about the A3300 same as this but no presets... but there isn't anything out there about them and it is what I have....HELP

Just purchased this machine yesterday. Wondering when they will have a dry container? It really is a beautiful machine, only concern is the new lid with the locking mechanism. Sometimes when I go to remove the lid the opposing side tends to catch under the blender and sometimes feels like it's about to break off if I pull too hard. Love the new display and touch screen features. I got the A3500

Have the Ascent 3500 in Red-it can still sound like the chain saw in the kitchen.My VM "Quiet One" is almost silent in comparison.Use BOTH blenders!!! Both are GREAT blenders-kings of the kitchen!!!

Yes!Got mine from Evergreen Trade a commercial supplier.Found the Ascent 48 oz jar will fit the Quiet One with the sound hood closed.The 68.oz container will fit withe hood off.The Quiet one has a 15A motor.

Would love to see a comparison between the Legacy 780 Vs. The A3500 considering these are the top of both series. Im torn between the two and cant make up my mind as to which to get. Can you tell me what are the key differences between these two?
A3500 is gonna have ability to do 8-ounce containers. There's a dial on the A3500, too.

JTJR310 I had the same issue a month ago (choosing between the 780 or A3500, and decided to go with the A3500)! Longer warranty and next Gen technology means it'll stay supported longer for me and will be auto compatible with more stuff going forward.

I just got mine on a great deal from the state Fair. They included a scale and app that makes it way cooler and is portion specific. It walks you through the exact recipe and counts calories. I made a tomato soup using the pre-set button for hot soup. Though it was breeze and took only 5 minutes to blend, I found the soup not heated up to a high temperature- it was just moderately warm.
Sometimes you have to blend for an extra minute or two. You're really just working with friction. The more friction, the hotter your soup will be

is the ascent 3500i same or different from ascent 3500?

Just be aware that the European version cannot use the same 'add-ons' like the food processor and various jugs. I would REALLY love a 48 ounce jug but it is only available in the US because it only works with US blenders. Not sure why they don't create a Euro one since there are lots of people with Vitamix blenders here.
So, will the carafe hold a vacuum? As in, put a vacuum port in the lid to blend with a vacuum and hopefully, the carafe and lid and bearing will not leak in air.
Unfortunately I don't have experience what attempting what you're asking. :/
i just bought the 3300 and doesn't sound like that it vibrates and is new and looks like the 3300 have that issue sad.
Improvements are always welcome but let us not ignore Real improvements from competitors like KichenAid with the first ever thermal insulated container ( think hot soup/ frozen??) and more powreful 3.5 horsepower motor and Dynablend with their glass jar
I have the the vitamix 7500 and also the kitchen aid proline. The vitamix wins hands down! I'm a big fan of both companies.

I know! Why is if blinking and flickering? I'm reconsidering the touch screen ones.
Plus, is really hope it's not too loud, still sounds a bit loud to me.
OLED display, wonderful in person. They tend to do this on camera though. They are super bright / low power tech.

Great video and I’m sure my next Vitamix will be an A3500, because it solves the small quantity issues I had since I live alone. That said, please guys, we know you are a vegan channel, so quit with the apologies for Chef Adam merely mentioning meat, dairy, or cheese. It’s distracting and minimizes your impact. I’m on a paleo regimen and it works for me. I subscribe to your channel to learn new recipes and to learn how to use my Vitamix in a more beneficial way. Keep the great videos coming and don’t be apologetic.

Really don't like a container to have DRM in it. Who would run the motor without a container attached - once again solving a problem that does not exist. Why don't they instead improve the cooling for these blenders and reduce the sound output? I'll take simplicity over complicated electronics any time. They are turning these awesome blenders into glorified motors with blades attached to them. What a pain in the ass it would be do have the chip go bad in your container. I'll stick with my 5300 that will likely last 20+ years. No fancy touch buttons to break just a big heavy duty switch - not much can go wrong with that and easily fixed if it does. I do like the locking top and pour sprout.

the person taking the photos.....you were either zoomed in and didnt realize
your shutter speed was too slow creating a blurry image, or you had a dirty lense.

the fact that you have to use the wand to push everything down is a no for me. KitchenAid and Wolf doesn't need that because it's powerful enough.

The normal dial and button machines are better and more user friendly than these vitamix versions. A2300 version is the best
mu friend but tha vitamix and was not worth she return the vitamix motor was not strong to blend cook beans so she return vitamix

this sales guy on the left tries to come off as cool and collective, and thought the guy was a bumbling idiot (as he later let slip when he didn't have a segwey ready)in the beginning due to his nerves. they should have done 2 takes to get the guy comfortable in front of the cameras. guy on the right had coffee energy but should have added some l-theanine to smooth him out a bit.
