- In FP1 of the 2020 Formula One Spanish Grand Prix Roy Nissany made his debut for the Williams F1 team, having been announced as part of their junior programme back at the start of the year. But who actually is this guy and does he deserve this chance given the likes of W Series Champion and fellow Williams Junior Driver Jamie Chadwick has had no such opportunity?

Without any accolades in the lower formulas, it’s pretty much impossible to be any good in Formula 1. The sport is so dependent on money so drivers like Roy can get opportunities that most others can’t. Great video Will! Keep smashing it! 🔥

Kiko Martinez bruh it’s not the 2019 williams which was off the pace by almost a second from the second bottom team Which was HAAS because of reliability issues and balance now the almost beat Haas if Latifi show some pace they can out qualify both HAAS and maybe one alfa driver unlike last year they’re stuck dead last everytime
And Vettel doing long runs to adjust the car for the race than qualy laps because that guy doesn’t even trust the car if he pushes well we all know what happened in russia he doesn’t adjust to the car and he doesn’t like it doesn’t fit his driving style which as aggresive in turns to carry speed
I legitimately didn’t know all that amount of backstory... but it just furthers my view on him anyway 🤷♂️

Mostly sad feelings about Murussia.
Jules was the only highlight of their history (points at Monaco!) and yet also the worst moment with his horrific accident and subsequent death.
Their test driver, Maria De Vilotta also died of head injury complications the year after she too crashed into a trackside vehicle.

If his latest attempt to be a reckless driver at silver stone he should be dropped. Williams have their future in Logan Sargeant
The reason his performances inproved in 3.5 might have something to do with the fact that 2015 was it's last season with full Renault backing so it couldn't attract the drivers and driver programmes it had in the years before this.
Thats a very good point actually. On a side note I loved the look of those Renault 3.5 cars. Some of the best looking junior formula cars at the time

Mercedes will probably sign Russell for 2022 so that will force Williams to sign a new driver. Tho there’s no chance they’re gonna sign Nissany because he’s just too bad for F1. Most likely they’ll go for Ticktum or Aitken.
Will depend on what ticktum can do this year, but if he's bad I think Aitken will get the shot

This video really undermines Nissanys incredible season last year, he had multiple points finishes in he actual shitbox of a Trident and was contending for a win in Spa before he had an incident with Ticktum

Nissany is currently 16th in the drivers's standing, THRASHED by his rookie teammate (Armstrong) and hasn't won A SINGLE race or set a SINGLE pole over 3 full F2 seasons!

-Very good
-Good
-Average
-Bad (Nissany's category)
-Shouldn't be allowed to race

Edit: ticktum is doing better than aitken and nissany. Aitken is unlucky with campos. Ticktum could have clinched a couple of podiums in the last 2 or 3 races he was just unlucky like ticktum. But the way he talks on the radio is just not professional. Even threatening to crash with his competitors. Now with nissany, until he gets a better teammate than marino sato i still think of him as the guy who would get the seat at Williams over de vries because of money i mean he could have won a race if he and ticktum did not collide in i think that was in spa

One more thing. I watched the quali session, I’m not a Mick Schumacher fan but nissany blocked him off when mick was on a fast lap. I mean it might be because of inexperienced.

Of course, Schumacher was just unreal in 1997, the way he keep the championship alive with a far inferior car till the last race was truly legendary, but don't forget that Villeneuve was only in his second season in the discipline!

As an Israeli I'm really embarrassed with the fact the the only Israeli driver who has made it so far - has made it just with the help of money, with no talent at all.
I really hope he'll be gone as fast as he's appeared and be replaced with real talents...
