I own one of the 4K Grills and the bottom knob keeps slipping back and closes, so the Grill is pretty useless. For me this is a design mistake. Customer service does not exist here in Germany so good luck. Unfortunately I can not recommend this product and company at all.
One concern, would your company be able to come up with a manual controller, rather than relying on bluetooth for temperature? Now I am aware that in most countries, the internet or bluetooth connection works just fine, but I've had my fair share of technological disaster involving Internet Service Providers worldwide and Mobile phone capabilities. I've been let down sufficiently than to trust anything to do with mobile phones.
Just to clarify, the vents on this grill are totally manual. The digital display is just displaying probe and ambient temps like an oven read out. The digital display is not changing the airflow, so you could totally use this without relying on your phone.

Randy's personal opinion would be to go with the Big Joe. You get much more grilling room and with no electronics involved, KJ may last longer.
