      No for real, after seeing a video of myself blacked out I've never drank liquor until my 21st. Even though it's been only a few years, a Lil bottle of jack lasted me 4 nights (during my birthday and the days after) compared to the same bottle lasting me only one night If I was lucky, (half the night for that same size was "normal")

      Same! Sometimes I wish I could feel different but then I remember almost dying (3 weeks in the hospital) then I figure it's just not worth it. I had plenty of warning signs but ignored em all. Congratulations 🎉👏 quitting drinking sure can be inexplicably difficult but it's so necessary for some of us. I'm wishing everybody who truly tries, succeeds in their mission! (I was attacked and almost killed, it wasn't a car accident or anything)

    I remember several years ago I was approaching a yellow light and didn't think I could make it before it turned red, so I stopped. The car behind me abruptly changed lanes without signaling, cut off another car, and ran the red light while blowing the horn at me. I don't know if I've ever been happier in my life than I was when the police lights came on in that car they cut off.😂

      The cops here ARE generally chill, but a big part of that is where in the state you are. City cops are, on average, a bit more aggro than the Highway Patrol, and it can be even more pronounced in rural areas. I only have my personal experiences to draw from, so I can't really comment on what it is like if you aren't white. I know that a lot of my native american family and friends have had less-than-stellar run-ins with law enforcement.

    Yelling profanities at a cop IS NOT a disorderly conduct charge...it's literally a constitutionally protected act. It's been turned over many times i.e. (Hartman v. Moore, 547 U.S. 250 (2006), City of Houston v. Hill, 482 U.S. 451 (1987).)

      They don't care about the music. I blast mine windows down all the time, had one of the cops jamming out. It's more about the hurling slurs and cussing people specifically. Cop or not hurling swears at people in the public disturbs the peace.

    12:17 Actually, he does get to drive by and shout profanities, even to police. It falls under free speech in the first amendment. The fact that the officer somehow made it to the rank of captain without knowing that is concerning. That or he knew he was wrong, which is why he let the guy go.

      Unfortunately, based on Montana’s Disorderly Conduct law, this did fit the mold. 45-8-101: (1) A person commits the offense of disorderly conduct if the person knowingly (b) making loud or unusual noises/ (c) using threatening, profane, or abusive language. Imo, their DO law shouldn’t be this vague. It needs to be more clear cut bc it seems to be unconstitutional but I’m also not a constitutional attorney so I’m not entirely sure

    These cops self awareness within the community is pretty astounding, I mean you figure most cops just write the ticket and move on with their day not thinking about that interaction at all. These cops think twice and realize that making a grown make apologize to you is more effective than having them pay a $250 ticket.

    The guy in the utility bed truck is EXACTLY RIGHT about those blue LED cop lights! They are blinding! I think they are dangerous because it blinds passing drivers at night.
