You are certainly not boring. I don’t even have an Anthurium and I am not planning on buying one, but I still watch your video 😉I literally watch anything you post. However I have to say my favorite videos are your plant care vlogs, propagation videos and videos on your plant shop 😊 have a nice Sunday
I appreciate your kind words and also the little insight in what you like seeing 💚! I can use the motivation and inspiration thanks for lighting up my day :)
Are you kidding??? Your personality shines in your videos. Your videos are not only informative but fun. That made me subscribe after watching just one video recently. Keep up the good work!
You're not boring at all. I absolutely love your videos and I have learned so much from you. I wouldn't have what I have now without watching your videos. Thank you so much for everything that you do!!!
I look forward to your videos the most out of my planty subscriptions because 1) your editing has so much character 2) your voice is so soothing 3) information is to the point. I see a lot of character in your videos and they are so fun. They keep me smiling. If you want to practice you thinking out loud, I think repot videos are great for that. Makes me feel like I’m on FaceTime with a friend! ❤
First of all you're a sweetheart Mara, thank you for the pick me up. 💚 I agree I think pot up videos are great for a more chatty video. I would love for them to feel like a chill conversation with a friend with a few opinions & a few laughs. I think that is the vibe I want to go for ultimately, If I can convey that I'm happy 🙂.
You are NOT boring at all! Don’t change anything about yourself, you are authentic, sweet, gentle, genuine,if you start changing yourself you will become uncomfortable as it won’t be the REAL you! UA-cam doesn’t need an imposter,UA-cam needs Kristina. We love you just the way you are! 💚🪴🌿 Natalie Australia 🇦🇺
Thank you Natalie, even though I already read your comment a while back, I had to come back to answer you. I appreciate your kind words and you really cheered me up with that. Greetings from Germany 💚👋
Hi Kristina, I think your personality does get accross. I see you as funny, intelligent and tranquil. You have a lovely voice and tone that is both soothing and upbeat to me. I love that you allow yourself moments of introspection and are transparent and brave enough to share them with us. It makes this odd relationship with us, your viewers, more real. I am a very opinionated person, so here goes my opinion: 1. Don't worry about being a "nice" "uncomplicated" girl who doesn't rock the boat. I appeciate your thought process. If you want to start voicing your opinions more, because you think it will make you grow, DO IT. I agree w someone above who suggested repotting videos are a good space for that. I also think it could be one more differentiator for you. After all, there's only so many propgations you can do before the content starts to feel generic, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, you need to keep yourself amused, so that your interest and enthusiasm comes across. 2. You don't need to be "nice" and apologize for over-sharing. This is YOUR chanel. You can share whatever you want. 3. You don't need to fill out the long silences. Plant care also has a meditative aspect. Also, editing exists and you're great at it. 4. If you're concerned you might loose some audience, watch @Benji_plant 's latest video titled Home Update, where at the end, he talks about broadening his scope. I love the way you document the process. That is the best way to teach plant care. You're THE BEST in the bizz at that! You're one of my favorite plant UA-camrs. Keep going! 1 more suggestion: Only discard 15% of the seedlings. The rest you see are underdeveloped, plant them in sets of 2 and sell them. Most people want a bushy Palidophorum and are willing to wait for growth.
Wow what a considerate comment Anil. Although I don't want to beg for validation on the internet, it does help my brain to read your opinion on all of that. Broadening the scope or broadening the topics to talk about is probably the way to go if I want to keep doing UA-cam for a longer period of time. I still think drama will never be my cup of tea but I am sure I can include a few snippets of other interests or hobbies in the videos, to keep it interesting for you and myself. On the Anthurium seedlings, good Idea. Just pairing a stronger and a less quick one together. I'm seriously impressed by your support and your honesty, thank you 💚
@@LeafyLuster With pleasure. It's only natural for your channel to morph as you continue. I'm sure it will be fine as long as you remain genuine with yourself and w your viewers as a result.
I just started watching your channel recently and I’m hooked! I love your style, personality, the way you care for plants, and everything! Don’t ever change! Unless you want to.
Just do you :) I found the way you carry yourself and talk to be peaceful and in no way peculiar or boring. As an American, I found your accent delightful as well. Thanks for the info! My first Pallidiflorum is on its way!
Pallidiflorum of my favourite Anthurium. You are definitely NOT boring and look forward to seeing a new upload from you, I think your personality comes through and it’s one of the reasons enjoy watching, another being the content, it’s always good to watch someone other than me chopping up plants I just can’t bring myself to do. But if I ever do at least I know how to do it properly thanks to you. Just wish the videos were a bit longer but understand that it’s hard work. So thank you and just keep being you 🌱💚🫶🏼
Mine as well 😉It's the best! Thank you for the kind words Kathy, als always I appreciate you being here. I guess I had a bad day or something usually I am not THAT self critical, but it's partly what doing UA-cam does to you 😅. I'm glad you enjoy the videos just the way they are , I know this one was a on the shorter side. Thanks for the motivation to keep going! 💚
If *you* are in the video, it won’t be boring. Your format doesn’t matter as much as getting to follow your progress with the plants and personal interests. The topics you have chosen and your presentation/style is great so far. Just keep doing what feels natural ❤️ and thank you for the awesome content
I think that not being opinionated is optimal. I unfollowed other plant channels because I didn’t want to listen to their views or drama. Sometimes the information was good but it was too much. I think it’s good to be honest without getting too personal. Some people try too hard to get attention or to be heard and that’s not mature. To question oneself isn’t bad but is also not good to believe our minds too much. That you make fun of yourself shows that you are not boring, your easy going nature and mature personality. Thank you for making these videos. We appreciate them/you :)
You are my FAVORITE plant channel! You're adorable, laugh at yourself, and share so much wonderful knowledge and experience. You've inspired me to get some of my new plant babies, and I am so excited whenever I see you have a new video. Keep doing what you're doing!!
I really enjoy your videos, they are very educational. As an English person I love listening to your accent, your English is amazingly good. You are definitely not boring. You are in touch with reality, nothing looks fake, you always have a smiley face, you tell us interesting things about selling your plants and how you do that. You have a wide variety of plants from cacti to anthuriums, and you highlight different aspects of houseplant growing, so no you are never boring. Yes you are overthinking my love. Just be yourself and don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Just do you! 😊 x
Thank you so much for the pick me up and the thoughtful and kind words. You made my day and I hope you also have great one. I'm glad the accent isn't annyoing 😅 Even though my english got better since starting youtube, the accent I just can't shake 😁
I really like your videos and the normal person vibe you give off! Not bored at all. While I also like to watch others that talk about life and opinions and stuff during repots, I also enjoy how relatable you are. When I do my plant chores, I think I am a lot like you. Being silent, maybe listening to something. Plese don't think you are boring! Also, I think I have the same glass vessel that you used in this video and it somehow made me really happy 😄
You are not boring at all, that is nothing you should worry about :) You have a unique personality and I love your scientific approach to plants that is also very enthusiastic. You're great--just keep being yourself! The only thing I want from you is more videos! But no pressure :)
100% NOT boring at all! I truly enjoy your videos and have watched several of them over and over and over again lol. They have helped me on my anthurium seed sowing and propagation. And i find your other videos fun and informative. You personality is who you are and you do not need to change unless you want to. (But i think ur cool)
You are absolutely not boring! I've been circling most of the plant youtubers and, you have the best made content! That is not only the way you build up your videos, but mostly how your personality shows. That one video about yout anthuriums being in normal room condition made be buy 4 anthuriums :D Whatever you doing its working! Keep going, but remember to stay true to yourself, and not to pump out videos like crazy cause then the content will suffer.
I am currently growing some pallidiflorum from seed also. I also have found the root system really small for 4 months of growth. By 4 months my crystal mag roots were crazy! I feel a bit better seeking this video lol
Girl saaaame. I am also relieved reading your comment, because I had the same experience with my Forgettii hybrids. They grew really nice roots really fast, which made me quite disappointed with the Pallidiflorum roots. Thank you for sharing you experience, I guess it's normal they are on the slower/smaller side. 💚 Greetings from Germany 👋
You are my favorite! I love your occasional curse words, your editing style and most importantly your knowledge that you share! I was so excited waking up to your video today! Oh and you and your plants are gorgeous!
I just found Vittarifoliums locally I wanna see how this is done so maybe I can share!! Too bad Sybotanica doesn’t ship to Canada just yet, I’m patient ❤ You’re Definitely not boring love ❤️ I like you for you, no drama required!
I love your silly personality! Even just describing what you're doing and going about your way is entertaining in itself 😊 also, your editing style and all the sound effects are super funny (like the sound when you chop a plant😅)
If I would be using soil, which I don't (I use semi hydro only), I would airlayer with soil. I tried it once (before I went full speed SH) and it was working great. Of course, I cannot compare how it works with moss or maybe even perlite, but that may be an interesting project to do in the future 😁
Hey Kristina! I gotta join in and say i really enjoy your content. idk why youd assume we think youre boring, i of course dont feel like i know you presonally but i definitely feel like some aspects of your personalty are shining through, and i can 100% understand and appreciate not trying to be too confrontational i definitely dont feel like im missing out on any drama lol and most importantly i feel like i can rely on your knowledge and experience!

I can very much relate to the way you talk (or not talk) so to me it's very chill to watch your vids, wouldn't change a thing! Thanks for making great vids and super curious to see the seedlings grow up. Do you ship to the Netherlands? I might consider ordering 🙃
Thank you for lighting up my day with you sweet words 🥰. I don't ship at all actually but once these babies are big enough to sell I might conside it to get them all in new homes 😅
For me, my palidiflorum has been the most slow propagation I've done, mine has leaves that are almos 3 years old, is like frozen in time 😂 already tried everything and grows a leaves very slowly
