How long did it take to get that additional accessory? I’ve been waiting a week now… after contacting them...
where can i get an additional sensor and cable for my 2nd garage door? only one is in the package or?
will it support multiple users for 4 smartphones for families accessing the garage? or is it specified for one user?

How did you pair it with HomeKit? According to their website does not mention HomeKit thanks.
Meross Collie is 100% compatible with homekit. You pair it like any other homekit product. You scan the homekit code located on the bottom.
What's the difference between this and normal Meross Smart garage opener?
I believe the main differences are Apple homekit support, enhanced security, longer range wifi antenna. I don’t have the original door opener by meross so I cannot compare. Homekit is the primary reason I was interested in this product.
