Didn't know Rich but I LOVE seeing these vids. There are few people in the world I ish could live in no matter what. Rich is one by far!! He always makes 1 great point at least! And I do like to hear it from him time and time again. Hell people can get so far into something and forget to get back to the basics. Rich has always grown with sharing knowlage and then going back to the basics!! And telling it like it is. No wonder why the world will miss him.

Met him many times , he was the only person i've ever seen have a legitimate cold 24 inch arm the only person who ever topped him was Dave Crosland you might like Ric, he got to over 400 just like Sean royer which i hope you can get bac on the show to see if he achieved his goal of 400 or if his 25's got even larger. so Dave is just like Jeep really. his arms got to 26.5 cold though so a video on his arm training protocols perhaps? he hasnt really done anything in depth on it, plus he has a harm reduction business so for your channel and for you even interviewing him could be quite fun. Dave crosland he isnt hard to find but i think hes the only bodybuilder alive to tel the tale of what being400 lbs was like, Kovacs and Swenson are gone!

heres an idea a video on the anbolics that arent here anymore, parabolan, those old vials Pete Grymkowski used to take they dont ,make it anymore but russian doctors were using 3000mg per kg of that steroid with no issues on beagle dogs.

Many bodybuilders suffer from ill health (liver) in middle age and premature death. It requires moderation.
Rest in Peace, but the Clif bar bit at 5:07 is completely false.
If you eat 200 calories before cardio and the cardio burns 200 calories, you have not broken even. Let's assume the person is eating 2,000 calories per day, 200 of which are that Clif bar. After cardio, they have effectively removed the 200 calories of that clif bar from their consumption. They can eat the same amount of food because the cardio put them in a 200 calorie deficit.
If they had eaten the Clif bar and THEN eaten 2000 calories, they break even with the cardio.
Exactly right, and if you look it per week?
2000 x 7 is 14,000 calories per week with the cliff bar.
Cardio 200 x 7….that’s a 1400 calorie deficit if everything remained the same.
14,000 vs 12,600… is def not breaking even. That’s just 1 week.
Weight loss programs should usually last 12 - 14 weeks. 1,400 X 12 weeks = 16,800 calorie deficit!! THAT’S HUGE

I know Rich was a friend of Ric's and I'm sure he was a nice enough guy, but he is the absolute last person anyone should listen to when it comes to how to pursue a healthy lifestyle. There is nothing authentic about his physique, how he obtained it, and how he lived his life. His 'whatever it takes' mantra, if followed by the gullible, will lead to scores more tragedies on top of his own. Ric, there are so many more worthy people you could focus on whose advice is really beneficial, and could actually help people. This guy ain't it. I get it, Piana was entertaining, he was an iconic living caricature, but that's where it should end. RIP, Rich, I am truly sorry you are gone, but your life should be a warning rather than an inspiration.

his advice on lifting and gaining muscle is 100% spot on. He never once tells anyone to take steroids like he did. He actually tells people not to take it. So yeah, you should take his advice if you are looking to gain muscle

All high level pros do and in many sports beside bodybuilding. Amateurs as well.
Steroids don’t make you a champion. Look around your gym. I bet 40% of the people use peds and they look like shit.
