Hi Jonathan, I know that I got a keeper. I told him about your channel and that you had a Black Sabbath t-shirt. This is on the "How you know if a guy is nreadcrumbing you." He watched the video because of your shirt, but he came back to and asked me if I ever felt breadcrumbed in our relationship. I told him no. We are going on 6 years together. A guy who is not threatened to do self work is a green flag!
I've said this before - poo germs are airborne and can travel at least a metre - therefore keeping the seat down lowers the chances of bacteria all around the place. The lid should be kept closed unless it's being used or cleaned. Where's your toothbrush (and how often do you clean it)? Plus, how squeaky clean is that bowl?! And who wants to be staring in to it when handwashing or anything else in the same room? On one TV show with the toilet behind a sliding door next to the kitchen, a bacterial swab showed faecal germs on the kitchen bench.
They sell matte laminate. I work virtually with a variety of people with special needs--some of whom benefit from me holding tangible visual signs instead of a visual on a slide. I learned early on that I needed matte laminate so visuals can be seen with the camera/light dynamics. It's more expensive but worth the cost because it does the job so much better in a virtual communication environment.
Very interesting. Really resonated with me. My partner wears tee-shirts and old jeans or track suit bottoms all the time unless we go out. I hate the look! T-shirt not even a nice one and he goes out in his work shed or gardening but doesn’t change when he comes back in. I have said I would like him to wear something a bit nicer but he says he won’t change, that’s the way he dresses because he like it and always has done. Toilet seat another problem and he sometimes leaves toilet a bit dirty. Am I being unreasonable to ask him to change. He thinks I am

He will only do what he wants to do and if you ask him to do something and he and he doesn’t want to he just says no.So I ask him why and he says he doesn’t want to. He knows I don’t like his clothes as I’ve asked him about it but he has a « take it or leave it attitude » and says that’s the way he dresses he likes it. As for toilet seat he Won’t put it down and last time he left toilet dirty I refused to clean it but he left it for ages before he did it, thinking I Would. It was the spare toilet so I didn’t have to use it.
Society has taught women we don't have rights to our own body. When I recently spoke up about not being intimate until I'm ready to commit. I got slaped in the face after he kept pressuring me and I ended it. Men don't like boundaries in my experience. They feel rejected... and trust me it was as horrible as it sounds.
Jonathon, these points are so beautiful I really appreciate how candid you are.I know this to be true but I hate to say it I have never experienced this with a man. I'm not saying that all of my relationships were bad which they were nor but that kind of devotion and intentionality no. Humans enjoy sharing a meal with humans. Eating by yourself day in and day out is not healthy. Be grateful you have someone who is sitting across from you and you have the allure, great communicator, and money to feed someone.

"You make me want to be a better Man". Love that line from As Good as it Gets". Consciously "wanting" to improve to make your partner happy. Perfect. If both in the couple do this all through the relationship, I think happiness will always follow. I knew my marriage was over when my POS selfish ex told me just to "get used to it" his snoring, refusing to make any attempt to correct the problem ( which was possible). I had to sleep in the guest room just to get some rest. I worked full time and was exhausted. But he love bombed me every day, " I love you" fell easily from his mouth. " Actions speak louder than words my friends. Deeds and words must match-- took me a long time to understand that, mostly because I was raised to "say what you mean and mean what you say". Your words must have integrity. Did not know people could so easily say one thing and do the complete opposite. Thank you Jonathan❤
Regarding the toilet seat and women not putting it up well I read a book years ago and I agreed with it. It’s because we tend to go to the bathroom more frequently than you all think about that one do you think about that?

As for the toilet seat: the lid should be down because -as feng shui says- otherwise the negative chi (energy) comes out from the toilet.
