man these are great tips, waking up and practicing is something im gonna try implementing especially since i do usually just lay in bed for awhile after waking up, which is bad in and of itself
I finished my first year of high school, and now after this summer i’ll be a sophomore. And this summer has been hell for my practice and this video was a nice reminder to know how to practice. And just let me be able to think about what I need to do, like not expecting too much out of myself if I haven’t practiced… ❤
4:09 it kind of depends on what kind of people are coming in when youre practicing. Ive gotten a lot done working with other trumpet players rather than by myself because I usually dont have the temptation to brain rot. Also i end up having more fun while also getting shit done.
I have a question about what you're saying no calls while you're practicing. What if you're on call with someone and you both play an instrument and you're both practicing while you're on the call.Is that still a bad thing?Or can that actually work to help improvement?
in my humble and most likely way less qualified opinion than this guy, what he really means in the core is no distractions at all and only being focused on your instrument. so yes that's most likely not optimal and won't help
You're army is ready to battle in clash of clans
What does that mean?
Nvm I just heard it in the video 😂

AWESOME
The only thing I have open on my phone during practice is my tuner and my metronome. Everything else is silent.
great video quality

@@Marduk-np5gq ok
Practicing is actual focus and not doodling around
Well if you’re both focused and locked in I’d say it’s fine
