Hi Sam 😊, # it's Time to Talk, let's rethink Mental Health, this Thursday 6h February is Time to Talk day. . So pull up a chair and let's have a brew and a chat.... Mental Health is so very close to my heart. So Sam please mention Time to Talk day. . More information is available at Time to Talk. . Thank you 😊 in anticipation. . Pete
From ex JCB fitter, Them older JS130 with isuzu engines good digger, undercarriage looks good if it’s tracking straight.. but can’t burn out the brains and dash.. ok for bout 12/14k depending on hours & buckets.. 🤙🤙👍👍
Self drive hire is very reasonable. They will deliver the machine wherever you want it. Could get a hell of a work done for the cost of an old machine. Unfortunately, can end up costing a lot to keep them running.
just what i said Sam , good old js130 wont go far wrong she dont look a bad machine , track chains sprockets /pads look good , they do suffer from slopy dipper and bucket pins but they are a solid old machine , parts cheap and easy to come by ... can also put spanner to it yourself fairly basic , shes a early one bit scabby but that dont matter , check slew brake but i would recommend one, your get rougher high hour one around the 10k mark would see a clean (for year) fair hours sorta 12-15k i would want to be around.... dont waste money on somthing too rough , tidy machine your make a few days wage on hire .... let it pay for itself
We have used lots of different lamb milk powder but only one I have any look with is shine we don't get any dead swelled lambs using it the last two years.
Manitou, JCB, Merlo, JD, Kramer, AGCO FENDT + many others were my customers back in the day They are all great machines but can cost many arms and legs Also Komatsu was a customer - they do lots of types of diggers Dalscone Farm have lots of goats The once loneliest sheep Fiona is there ☝️☝️☝️🐑🐑🐑🐑🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐 Just an idea Would you be in a position to sell sheep’s milk via a vending machine to the public I know it may not be easy but just an idea
Enjoyed the video Sam, going to show my ignorance here but can you explain why you trap the moles, obviously there’s a good reason. What damage do they do?
It's too bad that some areas have trapped out, or treated weasels, mink and their cousins like vermin. They were Mother Nature's solution to moles, gophers and other burrowing pests.
self drive hire a digger when needed they bring it to you and take it away when you've finished dont forget your digger has to be delivered to you transport cost and iff the digger goes wrong they bring you another or fix it all included in the hire cost plus plus you have to buy a trailer to transport it to where you want it
Are you going to start milking the goats now Sam and put the extra milk in the freezer? - with humans, goats and cattle the more you milk them the more milk they make - they can be milked twice a day and still have enough for they kids, if you want to milk once a day take the kids off at night and milk in the morning then the kids get the milk during the day
@Sam-shuttfarming Just because your a utuber Sam you shouldn't have to explain your self on how you purchase items. People who subscribe to utubers channels think its OK to ask such personal questions. I wouldn't dream of asking someone I know never mind someone I don't on how you ya gonna buy something. Ya not to soft on him Sam you both work very hard and bringing another piece of large equipment In is because its needed for different jobs like you said in yesterday's vlog. Tell um to mind their own 🖕
how about getting some more b&b pigs and perhaps a small group of dairy cows and sell you milk at the farm gate and the local shops and cafes just a thought john and your great with the children and the live stock
hi how do you afford digers and trailers and equipment but you keep saying you've got no money just a friendly question don't let oliver have a digger your to soft with oliver sorry john
@@Sam-shuttfarmingNobody's business about personal finances... and I think the reason for the digger is to bring in more finances with contract work. Right, Sam?

Let's Go Digging
Only trouble is with that jcb its zero swing (no arse weight) they bob forwards and backwards
If it's to expensive walk away I have walked away from 3 adapted van s this last week
😮that little kubota loader would be great for your sheds for mucking out feeding and moving bails more useful then them silly big diggers oliver after
lovely massey 4709 never seen any in ireland dont know why.
Sam if you win the lottery you should buy a kramer and a diger for oliver and then oliver can go contracting and you can run the farm
@@stephenhill8364 oooft would i be able to do it 🤣
Early sheep are tupped from 8th August
Massy 👍👍🚜 nice digger but you will need trailer ? You done your eye brows 🤔🤔
Oliver take the pet lambs and see how you get on

If its a non common rail isuzu engine in the js -supposed to be the better engine
