Thank you for pointing out the vehicle illegally parked on pavement, as a disabled person who uses a mobility scooter it's my pet peeve, I've nearly been hit by cars when having to go on the road to pass these illegally parked vehicles, a lady died recently when hit by a car when she was on a mobility scooter, other road users are not respectful to disabled people on scooters in my experience, so I'd prefer to stay off the roads where possible.
