Man, that brick work is Laser Straight!! Nice. Also thanks for putting the Baxenden boys onto Morrefield Plant, they needed some proper technicians 👍🏼👍🏼
Cal is progressing, he is aloud to weld & finish the job. (not b4 being reminded of what to do). Baz's your biggest problem is "letting go". The lad will call you if he runs into a problem he can't handle.
Even if I may know what I’m doing, it’s always good to check with the boss, he has the experience and I have the drive. Always a good way to learn different ways too, Plus Baz hates constant phone calls 😂
The variety of work you can do, and the extent of your fabrication/ repair knowledge is outstanding. Plus, you manage people and engage with customers so well! Keep up the good work Baz. The same to the Director, Cal and Sam.
*Hi Baz and team....great editing Director* ..... Awesome vlog..it's great to see the business getting busier and busier 👍🏻👍🏻 well deserved ! *The forklifts* - cracking job on the new forks 👏 *Luxury home* - wow what an amazing place that is going to be ! As you say that brickwork is next level ...the quality of some of these new build sites is shocking ...they spend longer snagging than building. Lack of pride in work , not arsed about reputation ! *Komatsu repair* - what a good team Baz and Cal are .....both get each other ...crack on , do it right .....always good to listen to .. Have a good Sunday ! Gary 🙏 🙏
Solid team!! The skill set combined is more than some people couldn’t even consider. That’s proven by the ease in which the top quality work is turned out. Experience is second to none. Well done gents. Keep pumping out the jobs and keep the content coming.
Certainly plenty of diverse content this week, what a cracking job Sam did whilst you and Cal were in Scotland 😊 no mean feat to repair the excavator on site and the result was incredible As always Stay Safe and crack on lad to the next one
Keep up the variety, it is very entertaining. - Baz - it might be worth letting Cal explain to you what he is going to do and why. The viewers get an incite into the process and Cal can demonstrate that he knows what he is doing. Hope you brought back come Irn Bru fudge from Aviemore.
I’d just like to echo what a lot of people are saying Baz, I’m no welder fabricator but that weld on that digger was beautiful and a lot cheaper than a new plate I bet , crackin job Cal. 👍
Like the different type of jobs coming together in the workshop. Sams work is looking very neat and of course impressed with Cals' work on the Komatsu. I do realize that with 0 welding experience what soever what ever I say has no weight what so ever :-) 😁
Such a great channel with excellent content, just puzzling with the subscriber amount never seems to rise from the 36 odd it’s been stuck on for months, keep going Baz and company
@ the content is great Baz, camera work and audio top quality, I’ve followed you from the start and was thinking you’d be up around the 100000 mark especially as it’s such a great channel 👍👍👍
Morning Baz and Cal nice to see a good mix of work for you and nice to see Cal still learning and not big headed about taking things in that you teach him so well done again and just a short mention of Sam coming on well look out Cal 😂
Haha Cal was time served on sheet metal before he came to me, he learns quick and Sam is coming on strong, a lot to learn and don't forget I'm still learning after all this time it never ends
Usually i am up early that was some rain last night. Its like 50 degrees in this house i am cooked. 84 year old with demensia now thats a real disaster. Not complaining but its a tough lonely show. Your health is your wealth lads.

So for wash grid , will you supplier cut all the pieces for you to assemble , if this cutting service is offered by supplier approx what percentage extra is on price of the Steel?
They do a cracking job with Those houses You seem to have to alter alot of the steel work for them. Great for WF but why dont they get the steel work from dtm Great episode again lads keep it up
You need to make it idiot proof, guaranteed at some point someone will drive a loaded truck on it. So yes it does need to be load bearing! As always I over engineer everything!
Good selection of work coming through the workshop. Nice work as usual. ( just one thing for our Cal , try sitting on some rubber or something not the concrete floor, you’ll pay for it later on buddy. )
When you're showing the variety of work and the way your business is operated - these are one of the best chapters.

Good work all round no messing job done

recess the quick hitch in the plate make it super easy to pick
Nice job on the Komatsu. Are you using flux core wire on your van welder. Thanks Ruth.
Solid for now
Nice bit of variation can’t wait to see the job in Scotland Baz hope they treated you well 😉

Thanks for the visit
Track torches very handy
Top one lads👍
Nice one!
So for wash grid , will you supplier cut all the pieces for you to assemble , if this cutting service is offered by supplier approx what percentage extra is on price of the Steel?
All depends on price of steel at the time and if you have time to cut or if its a rush job...lots of factors mate
Some house that's going be!😍
Top video thanks again
They do a cracking job with Those houses
You seem to have to alter alot of the steel work for them.
Great for WF but why dont they get the steel work from dtm

Future jobs will probably come to us
Nice job on that Arm Cal, hey haven't seen much of Tom from 28 fabricate lately, is he off racing?
yeah he's busy
Che marca le gomme del camion di Call? grazie e buon lavoro, bravi ragazzi
B/F Goodrich all terrains
That wash pit cover doesn't need to be load bearing , just pedestrian weight . So 100 x 50 box is well over the top .
Someone will always drive something over it though, so it does need to be able to take the weight of whatever is around in the yard
@BobFleming-em8wx there isnt much space between the lego walls to be able to drive much off centre to drive over the pit .
You need to make it idiot proof, guaranteed at some point someone will drive a loaded truck on it. So yes it does need to be load bearing! As always I over engineer everything!
You seem more happy doing your own thing.
I am
That wash ramp grid is going to be very heavy to lift up to dig out underneath?
13 tonne machine lifts it no problem pal
@ ok if you just happen to have a 13 ton machine sitting there doing nothing 🙉🙈😎
The TEAM is busy!! Excellent Video! Do you need to have any special certifications or permits to work in Scotland? Stay safe.
Not that I know of
Im not a happy camper Baz n Cal didn't have my permission to cross the border into gods country 😂 dont let it happen again lads
@@bettyswollocks7683😂😂
@@welderfabber just curious. Great videos, keep up the great work!
What bracket do you use to fasten the DJI to your dashboard?
Just a suction cup holder

Its completed customer didnt want it on cam at his home
Fantastic 😊
Thanks 🤗
Good selection of work coming through the workshop. Nice work as usual.
( just one thing for our Cal , try sitting on some rubber or something not the concrete floor, you’ll pay for it later on buddy. )
I tell him all the time especially when kneeling...
'This could HAVE been a disaster'!!!!
If you had mounted the torch on the other side of that arm on the track cutter you could have cut right up to the forklift leg
Yeah maybe I would of done it by hand but want to test the thing out....it passed the test
Keep the quality content coming.
Bon Boulo 😆😆👍👍
Did the crane change his mind when he found out he was going to be on UA-cam with the legend Baz... 🤔😉
No idea maybe
Excellent
Thanks
What are them ear buds that caulm got please

In Aussie it’s a dollar a brick😮
I’ve no idea about plant equipment, but no matter how old that Komatsu is, why would anyone not get a brand new plate welded on.?
Customer gets all option he wanted fastest, its a solid repair
Outstanding my friends,,,cheers from Florida, Paulie❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

When's callum getting his bull bars
Soon we are about to make a purchase we need a lot more than light bars in order for us to do bigger work
You need to keep an eye on young Sam ,he will end up with arc eye if he isnt carefull.
We all get one time... then you know...
