advocated for the ipad pro like a true lawyer. i also had the ipad pro through law school and it was amazing, especially the double tap eraser function. but now that i graduated im thinking of downgrading to the ipad mini
Just subscribed. I am an incoming law student this month. Your video really helped me decide if Ill be purchasing ipad for school. Thanks. More power to you!
I think any law student would be better off with any iPad it doesn’t necessarily have to be the iPad Pro bc at the end of the day it's the laptop/mac which lets you do stuff. for taking notes and reading even iPad 9th generation would do a fine job which is in fact 329$ for base model. Save your investment and buy a good laptop instead esp if you’re a law student/lawyer.
100% agreed - you don't need to go with an Ipad however, if budget is not an issue, I do see a lot of benefits in using the Ipad. I have to say that I an enjoying the user experience such as the apps, the ease of use, and the quick processing. Ultimately, people should spend within their means. Thank you for your comment!
This is very helpful I'm currently going to school but I'm having a battle between Law and Medical 😓 is there a in between like a medical lawyer as a possibility and also do you think that the Ipad can replace a laptop 💻 for law school?
@@cocolili.230 I'm studying in Germany so I don't know how it is in the US, but we can choose a subject called medical law. In practice you can defend doctors, hospitals (like Jessica Preston in the good doctor) or patients. You could even go into a surveillance company. So as said I don't know how its in America, but since The good doctor is an american show I guess the job opportunities are similar there.
@@User05207 wow thank you so much I'm definitely going to look more in depth into this and I'll have to check out the show along with a couple of "day in my life vlogs" to get a more better understanding of what the job is like I appreciate your input 😊
Thank you for your comment, best advice would be for you to head to an apple store and test around between the two different screen size. See what you like better whether it be the larger screen or if you want more compact. I think both are solid choices and you can go wrong - this will all be based on personal preference
well i just got to the facility put mi cells in da tower charge now on computer is not da government and da world issues complicated enough do ypou need cash dat bad
The programs that I use on a daily basis... hmmm.. I would say there are 3 big ones = google drive (file management), Notability (note taking by hand and drawing diagrams), and notion (note taking and information centralization).
I appreciate this so much! I’m in school for Criminal Justice and my birthday is coming up! I wanted to know if it would be beneficial to get an ipad for mainly the same reasons! For school, I have COUNTLESS notebooks-wastes of paper that I don’t refer to anymore just sitting in my closet. This just better helped my reasoning in working to buying one. Thank you! 🩷

This is so cool! Thank you for the video. I am a virtual contract paralegal and I live by my iPad!
completely agree - now if you have the Ipad + magic keyboard = that combination is a game changer for productivity! 👌👌👌

Amazing video, agree with you conclusion, what is your view's on Surface vs Ipad?
Why 12.9? Why not the 11? I've been told the 12.9 is significant heavier to hold with one hand...?

What case is that on your ipad? I’ve been looking for one like that, without a cover or at least a detachable cover
Amazon! Just type in "ipad pro 12 9 clear case" - Once it starts getting discolored, I just order another.
Which programms do you use?
