OP blacks from my experience were smoother and had a more “jwk” sound to them but I’d still pick nixies any day. I will say though I built my Pluto with OP blacks and it sounded really good
What is the "JWK" sound that u mentioned? Is it the top-out sound? Cuz I'm having a bunch of Vertex V1 on my board and I'm not so please with its top-out sound. I hand-lubed them and the sound didn't change much. I'm thinking about swapping to cherry top. Thanks in advance @@pandakbo
@@nhatquang2763 Yea I mean I say jwk because most of the time each brand has a distinct sound profile due to their custom molds. The new JWK molds I’ve heard aren’t great. Personally why I started only using MX is because they are always consistent and I love the scratch. Most new switch I’ve tried I come to just regret the purchase
do you do commission work? would really love to buy a keyboard from you, im not so experienced with building them at all so easier to throw my money at someone who does lmao

I would say all the entry level boards sound the same more often than enthusiast grade ones but at the end of the day they all go clickity clackity and type words on a screen it doesn’t matter 😂
