I'm a kiwi, but if the Irish beat us next week then I really hope they can go all the way and win the cup. They really deserve it and wouldn't it be great for Sexton to finally get to lift it before he bows out of rugby.
NZ will take advantage of missed tackles. NZ can get in behind defence. NZ can score tries from nothing. Sure, NZ aren't what they were a few years ago but they are still a dangerous team. "I wish you good fortune, in the war to come".
Congrats to your team bruv. That was a blow out!!! For once a Bok fan is thanking the Irish team 🤣😂 Good luck my brother all the best to your team on the road to the final 💪👌
From Cape Town - wow what a fantastic performance by Ireland. I would love a Ireland v SA final. Fields of Athenry is so very special. The nicest tourists in SA are the Irish. Couple of beers there.
Do you appreciate the mountain you must climb in the QF? SA will have to give everything to beat France and physicality alone is not going to be enough.
@Cenotaur1 It's a mountain for all 4 teams in fairness, I'm stating the bleedin obvious, but two will get past, bookmakers odds will be tight for sure.
@@Cenotaur1 no we have absolutely no idea how good France is , we don’t have TV in SA. The team is planning a piss up the night before cos we know how easy it’s gonna be. But thanks for the tip , I’m phoning Rassie as we speak to pass on the key to a new game plan.
@@Cenotaur1 have a look at all those French Huguenot names in the Bok team, there is a deep and painful history, we know and understand the French possibly better than most and will be ready. Should be a cracker!
Irishman here. What is most impressive about this Irish team is how much they are there to support each other. This is the second time in as many matches against Scotland where we've had players working out of position. Ringrose on one wing and Gibson-Park on the other and still they have a coherence that is bordering on intimidating. Love watching and supporting this team.
BS just Hogshit....The Irish use the tactic called "pod play" where groups of players are strategically positioned to block defenders ILLEGALLY and create space ILLEGALLY for their attacking players. This strategy is 100% shepherding, as it allows the attackers to run behind the players forming the pods, and blocking or shielding them from the opposition having any chance of defending. world rugby has to decide whether they want to join the American football NFL or Not , How the Irish get away with this illegal , lame and cowardly tactic is anyone's guess , Go figure Just have a look at the first try and tell me how many scotland players are taken out by irish players running striaght into them after SOME ELSE has passed the ball behind them
I'll tell you what it feels like to be an Irish supporter right now Tim.....bloody surreal! I've been watching rugby since the early 70's and have never seen an Irish rugby team as good as this one. However, we have been here before and know what usually happens in the QF's, except.....this team simply does not do losing. They seem to be always in control no matter what the opposition throws at them. The way they operate as a team is truly something to behold. They're defensive re-sets, their well drilled back line moves, the way they exploit the opposition's weaknesses.....it truly is remarkable to watch. My only regret is that dear late big brother Paul, who got me into this wonderful sport, is not around to see this great team. It brings tears to my eyes on nights like this. Anyway....bring on NZ! Should be a corker. 😉
As a Scotland fan, I have to say congratulations to the Irish team on their victory. They were deserved winners tonight because they played in the right parts of the pitch and made all the correct calls and kept their side of the scoreboard moving. Finn really should have bitten the bullet and taken the easy points when they were on offer with a kick at the posts. It's a real demoralising boot in the nuts for a pack when you go through 18 phases in the attacking third of the pitch and have nothing to show for all the hard work on the scoreboard. Losing Kinghorn's pace from the back three to concussion so early on and then the skipper Ritchie to what looked like a shoulder injury didn't help the cause. Ireland were far more clinical in their finishing and their defence was rock solid throughout. We only really saw what Scotland are capable of when the game was out of their reach, and that is the most frustrating aspect for me. Good luck to Ireland, you're in it to win it! We're on the plane home, so I'm an Ireland fan now. I actually have Irish ancestry on both sides of my family and I am related to Jonathan Swift through marriage. So come on, Ireland! Get out there and do it now, starting with the All Blacks! What a humdinger of a match that is going to be, by the way!💪👍
What a lovely comment thank you so much a true sports man sad to see you guys go you will be back thats for sure good luck in the future thank you for the irish support x
this World Cup is unique...all the stadiums are full, every time, even the matches of the smallest teams have all attracted many spectators, it's just incredible to see the atmosphere that reigns here in France! It’s truly rugby celebration!
I'm South African. A proud Bokke fan. Man oh man is this Irish team on form! If we don't take it, I hope Ireland does. They really deserve it. Wow. I reckon the ABs are in for heartbreak next Saturday.
Saffa here too. Definitely, if not our bokke then Ireland 🇮🇪 beautiful country , beautiful people and man their team deserve it. Love their singing too. They can all sing 😮 🎉
Tim you are definitely Irish somewhere down the line. Your content at this RWC has been fantastic way way better than the TV studios imo. My prediction...Ireland to win AGAIN!!!
Two tribes went to war & 46 absolute warriors gave everything to their teams tonight, I'm very proud to be Irish, but have total respect for our Scottish brothers, it is so sad to see them go out, especially when they would be a certainty to qualify in the other half of the draw 😢....& their quality really shows, particularly in contrast to some of the teams outside the top 5 😮.
Not Irish but that Irish side just turned a switch when they had to. Then the dropped back down to first gear. Dominant and they have complete trust in each other. Amazing to watch. Hard to call NZ game but hard to bed against a team that has so much strength all across the team
Not sure if they intended to drop back down a gear, after Lowe and Hansen went off they were playing a very unorthodox backline with a centre and halfback on the wings and Bundee as good as he is at 12, is no Ringrose at 13, was a bit surprised they chose JGP to replace Lowe rather than Crowley(who regularly plays 15)
@@regalrigol2183 they could still have taken him off when they did and moved Crowley then, or put Murray at 10 where he’s done a job in the past. Still it was good to see Crowley get a decent amount of time at outhalf. Every time he plays I get a little less worried about Sexton going down
Irish coaching team (Farrell, O’Connell, Easterby, Catt, and others plus the team psychologist) is one of the best if not THE best in the world. Irish supporters ARE definitely THE best. And this Irish squad is flush with superb leaders, warriors, a great combo of experience and youth, and several of the best and close to best in the world in their positions, plus a wider squad of highly capable players who have bought in totally to Andy Farrell’s superb coaching leadership. Having said all of that two or three injuries to key players (e.g. the two first choice wingers plus lock James Ryan) and the fact that the All Blacks too are buzzing still means the road ahead is supremely challenging. If the seeding had been done properly, the two SEMI-finals should have been Ireland v New Zealand and France v South Africa. In any case rugby fans are being treated to a superb World Cup. COYBIG! (Come On Ye Boys In Green) 💪🇮🇪🏉🍀💪
@@Planxty96 no one can lose both their wingers during a game and not have a drop off. There are alternates not in the match day 23 that are better options than JGP on the wing
As an Irish fan for too many years it’s the consistency of top level performances that is a bit unreal, the confidence in each other and the coaching. It’s magical, feckin magical. ☘️☘️☘️
Kiwi Rugby Fan here. Well done Ireland ☘and commiserations to Scotland💙. Now looking forward to a great Quarter Final game next week against the All Blacks🏴. Here's hoping that the Referee and TMO don't ruin the amazing Rugby spectacle this game promises to be !!!😀👍
Don't hold your breath. Ireland were favoured during that match. I don't know how many no-arm tackles I saw from Ireland going into the rucks, yet nothing from the TMO. Ireland player stepped out. The TV replay showed it and the TMO didn't see it. One Ireland try was held up and the TMO didn't check it. Every little thing the AB's do is under immense scrutiny from the TMO. Ireland have the TMO on their side. Unfortunately, it wont be changing next week for the AB's. Its the AB's v Ireland [and the TMO]....
Best pundit by a country mile. Please do a 'Who do you think you are' will you 😅. I'd gladly accept you as an Irish man from our vast diaspora but i think morebthan anything, youre sensible, humble and without arrogance. Love the channel ☘️🇮🇪💚
I thoroughly enjoy watching the Irish play, but I enjoy watching the supporters even more. They are all in! My blood pumps a darker shade of green 🇿🇦 I believe we shall meet again in the Final.
It’s so frustrating that the best 4 teams of this World Cup by a mile are in the same 2 quarter finals… They should all be in the semis. Amazing job by Ireland tonight, can’t wait to watch them play the All Blacks next.
Ireland silence the doubters for this week anyway. Loving the background music.. could be an Irish wedding 🎉 . Thanks Tim for the updates.. loving your coverage and passion
Exceptional performance from Ireland. Always a pleasure to see them play. I mean, the defence, just impressive. I don't see any weakness which worries me as I realise how challenging is going to be to beat them :D. Congrats from a French fan.
I am so proud to be Irish and to watch this team evolve under Andy Farrell and his team has been special. I have been watching Irish rugby for over 40 years and this is a phenomenal time for Irish rugby. To answer your other question I am terrified of meeting New Zealand next week.
Congrats to Ireland. NZ have been planning/waiting for this game for 18 months - holding tactics back, intensively analysing Ireland (including Joe S spending 3 months in Ireland during winter). Wow it’s going to be big
@@benkay1390couldn't agree more. I do think our boys have been planning for this as well. If we lose by 2 scores or less il still be proud and happy with the team. A win in any shape or form will probably cause me to cry like POM at the end of the third test last year.
How beautiful to hear Dirty Old Town,Wild Rover...amazing Irish team we have.Totally connected to eachother, beautiful to watch,so much hard work against a tough Scottish team that were not allowed to play and not given an inch.Maybe it's Irelands year to take that cup home.Very very proud.
South African here. This Ireland team is so good that it will take a monumental effort to beat them. The team that beats them deserve to be world champions. I hope Ireland and South Africa meet in the final again. What a game that would be.
@@stoner1916 haha. Not good for our hearts is it? But that's the one's we live for because if you win you feel like you guys felt after the first one and the party as you will remember is on another level. Anyway good luck for the rest of the WC, untill we meet again that is for in the words of Grant Williams "on the field we want to kill each other..."
This Scotland team is no joke to defend, massive respect. Now we owe the kiwis for the last World Cup. It’s going to be special, let’s go boys- full noise. Ireland Abu 🇮🇪
Yet once the replacements came on, Scotland managed to score not one but two tries. Big diff between starters and rest of team. Not much impact from them but to be fair they just needed to hold the Scot’s off for a while as the starters had done the job by then. Think he had to take them off to try have something left in the tank for a tough game next week, and prevent injuries to starters.
@@runforrestrun1965 Dude they had 0 wingers playing after the subs, a scrum half and a centre were playing the wings. Sure the defence was breeched, but if we had Hansen and Lowe still playing after the subs there would have been no dip in the defence, best defence in the world.
@@runforrestrun1965if any team was forced to take off their starting wingers with no proper back 3 cover on the bench, there’s obviously going to be a slow down in momentum. I think next week there’ll be a plan in place if Mack and Lowe are going to be back in the team to have some back 3 cover, henshaw has played full back before so having him back would be huge, and JOB is a great utility back to bring into the 23 as well, and anyways, 36-0 after 65 mins, easily could afford to take our foot off the gas
Fantastic today from Ireland, As an England fan we are so far away from this kind of display at the moment, hopefully things will change and we can start playing at least something like these lads do, both Scotland and Ireland.
After seeing a rather lackluster performance from England, these two teams were a pleasure to watch. I suspect many other English fans would be delighted to see Ireland go all the way.
Tim, I thought a couple of times through the game "what woll eggchasers say about this" 😅 I also said to my son that I don't know that if I live to 85, 90 that I'll ever see an Ireland side like this again. We do dare to dream but always nervous and humble. But sometimes I think, what do this team have to do to prove themselves to us 😅😅 super stuff. Thanks for the content
This team is phenomenal to follow. I watched this match with my 2 young daughters and even they were amazed at how good we are.. was almost embarassing to try suggest Scotland are actually a good team we are doing this to!! The game next week will be monumental and I genuinely believe that the game with NZ will come down to the finest of margins.. We lose and we will be ridiculed for not making it past the QF again but to be going up against the All Blacks or France we were never going to be favourites against either before the tournament started but i tell you something... They're more worried about us than we are of them! they want revenge for last July and we just want to win.. So i think mentality will play huge part and we will overcome them because of ours :) Rant Over! great video again. Living the dream Sir :)
I notice the SH teams and fans rightly or wrongly, I suspect rightly, look for a revenge/taking umbrage narrative wherever they can, we have plenty of taking umbrage narratives of our own and we got hammered by NZ in the 2019 QF, that's a massive reason to look for 'revenge'.
It feels great, lad. It feels great. Haven't felt like this since 06 and 08 when Munster were doing the business in Europe. Fantastic support as always.
As an Irishman I couldnt be more proud no matter what happens from now. I was very young when our football team were at Italia 90 and this, for me, is this teams equivalent. We are all behind you boys!!! Come onnnnnn!!!
As an AB's Supporter WELL DONE Ireland, GREAT defense in that first 20min, whoever wins that upfront battle will win the game next week, Now that the AB's are at full strength. The ONLY concern for me if Ireland is to win, as it they slow the game down in that last 20min. It will be a tight contest, may the best team win! Ireland YOU are the Favorites!
Tim can I just say as much as I love our rugby team, our pundits are so smug and derogatory towards Scotland. We were whipping boys in 90s. We need be more humble when we win but our team is something else, Thanks for content
Sport has a short memory, and teams go through peaks and troughs. Enjoy it whilst it lasts, I reckon ireland have a good 5 to 10 years of sitting in the sun
Very strange feeling, not used to this at all, Ireland being consistently dominant. We are used to heroic failures and almosts ... I was also expecting a much tighter affair and it was like tea without the sugar of glorious underdoggedness. Hard luck to Scotland; I am glad it wasn't a rout and they were unfortunate to lose two of their main men. But it was Ireland's night from the first try. At the risk of sounding crazy, I hope for a tighter game against the AB's, another classic. This World Cup now needs Ireland to keep it lit up. Well done Tim, love your commentary.
Tim, thanks for covering a great game and giving an insight into things we can’t see (aftermath celebrations). Love that you were a little lost for words and overwhelmed. Pure human and congratulations to Peter O’Mahony, your previous video on him will go to Number One. Well done Tim 👏
That second try... as a set play. Mclosky knows Bundees job, Bundee was doing Ringrose job, on to Ringrose doing Hansens role.... You've been talking about it all along, but the continuity was incredible
Well done Ireland. We are on the journey now, where ever it goes, who knows, it's exciting. I think you are on the journey with us too Tim, you are part of it now. 'Dirty old town' blasting out in the world's most beautiful city. Best of luck to our lads and the remaining 6 nations teams next week !!
@murtbuggy, "The world's most beautiful city" so long as you don't fall in the Seine where you would be lucky not to catch "hydrophobia" and surviving that you would need "Commander" on guard to beat back the bed bugs. The world's most beautiful city was San Francisco about fifty--even thirty years ago.
@@ccahill2322 I'm sure SF was lovely in its day. But it's apples and oranges in terms of comparison. Ultimately, SF is colonial outpost, a shoot-out scene from a western. While Paris is a global city, jewel in the crown of Europe. Rome, Venice, St. Petersburg, London or Istanbul are in the same League, but still runners up.
@@murtbuggy1, Rubbish. You did not address the point I made. Instead you go of into a lot of unrelated nonsense and go into something about "colonization." Are you still in third grade school?
Hi Tim, as an Irishman feel a sense of destiny growing as if our name is on the cup, and also for Sexton whose last game ever will see him lift it, how fitting and fully deserved that would be. Three hard games to come but fear no team now, Farrell has these boys humming and enjoying their rugby and the very obvious camaraderie within the camp. Ours to lose 🇮🇪🇮🇪
As a french supporter, to play either Ireland or SA feels like being caught between a rock and a hard place. However, I feel a little bit fortunate to face SA in the quarters as this Irish team is too precise or clinical (not sure it makes sense in english) either in attack or defense.
Tbh I think all of the top 4 feel that way, do any of us feel confident against the other 3? Ireland Vs France vs NZ Vs SA... These games are all 50:50...
in terms of daring to dream, have a look at the guinness “think it don’t jinx it” ad for the vibe of my friends right now. as for having a team like this, i’ve never had a feeling similar. every olympics we have few to cheer for, often “happy to be there”, much the same with our football team. this does feel special in a way unlike anything i’ve experienced as an irishwoman
Yeah... It's not often that we have a real chance to win a major sporting event. Our football team will never win a WC, we don't do tennis, Olympics we don't set the world on fire. This is it, this is our only big shot.
We Irish ars not daring to dream, but we do believe in this team and the coaching staff, Andy and his team have brought Ireland even further along It's one game at a time, New Zealand will be an incredibly difficult match, But we have faith. Come on the boys in green
Well Ireland are definitely are the number 1 team in the world. That QF next week will be incredible, fantastic to see all the Ireland fans stay well after the game.
Yeah they are the best team in the world but I just don’t understand how they can possibly play the same team every week and not get gassed out in the finals?
@@TheCosmerenaut1 They had a week off last week, and this week the players who needed rest got it early. I don't know why everyone acts like playing 40-60 mins of rugby a week is going to kill you.
Tim thank you so much for your video. To be able to see and hear the crowd singing is class! The TV coverage here gave it some time but then went back to the studio. This team has a special relationship and an enormous respect for the Irish fans both at home and abroad. #TeamOfUs
To answer your question, as an irish fan its an absolute dream to see what this team is doing. Its also absolutely terrifying. I think i'm beginning to dare to dream. If we can get over the all blacks next weekend a weight will be lifted from us irish collectively. Loving the content, your coverage is the best on UA-cam.
Absolutely brilliant match! Respect to Scotland for a great game, and nice to see their players being applauded by all fans afterwards - that's the spirit of Rugby. Thanks for the analysis Tim - I hope next week's match is as much of a nail-biter, but at least we're going into it as a team that has beaten the ABs in their own house, so we won't be a pushover. Then again, neither will they...
Have been "Daring to Dream" since the series win in NZ. - Was still surprised at how good IRL performed in the first half against Scotland this pm. Now looking forward to the QF against NZ (nervous - but with no fear).
Yes time to dream. Fantastic performance in defence and attack. We are ready for New Zealand!!!! We are going places that we have never been before!💚☘️🏉🍺🥃🍷🎼

Tim great summary as always and thanks for sharing the atmosphere. Unfortunately here in Ireland The national broadcaster RTE goes almost immediately back to the studio so we do not get to experience any of it.
Irish fan. Was so confident going into this one, before today, when the ghosts of world cups gone by came to mind... This one feels different. But those ghosts still linger. Very nervous about NZ and their potential to punish from a nothing platform up front. They were so much better than us in 2019. Hard to believe we'd have come on so much as to make the QF easy. It's gonna be really tough. Believe we can do it for sure, but I know I'll be nervous.
Thanks for your great commentry really enjoy it.. Seems unfair that tha draw favoures certain teams with easy route to quarter finals,,, but them is the cards you are dealt and ireland have to play whatever is in front of them, as an irish man immensely proud of this group and we must not forget the Andy Farrell genius behind the scenes,, he is like jack charlton on steriods from an irish perspective.. Thanks again for your coverage yes we can believe we have a chance now. 🎉
As an Ireland fan I can say this is the first time I believe we have a chance. A chance mind you, things happen ,people get injured, red cards etc. but we have a chance.
Great summary Tim on what was a great game but as a friend of mine asked after the match...`What were we ever worried about`? Phew...i say and glad that was dealt with clinically enough to move on to the next angry beast. .... New Zealand....Bring it on. Slainte.
No reason for this Ireland team to be scared but Farrell's 'just the next game' philosophy will never be more appropriate than next week, going to be an epic encounter
Hi Tim really love your take on the games from Aotearoa NZ the Irish team are a great alround side, that green wall is going to be hard to breach but no disrespect i hope the ABs can overcome it but if we lose i hope ireland and France make it thru to the final. PS its a bloody disgrace that 2 of the top 4 teams in the world go home after the QF and hope karma strikes the Poms and they dont advance byond the semis😂
Kiwi supporter here. Ireland well played. Looking froward to the quarter final. Scotland disappointed this world cup. I genuinely expected them to upset Ireland or SA this world cup but didnt have anything on attack. It was too easy to read their attack in both games. As I said. Well done Ireland. As a very one eyed All Blacks supporter, Im backing the AB's, but I'm definitely not over confident.
This is it!! The QF again. Hopefully we’ll have a clean bill or as close to a clean bill of health to give us the best chance possible. Either way this Irish team will leave nothing behind. So let’s see
Something about Ireland this year that’s just different! The fan base is phenomenal (ZOMBIE) and there’s just an atmosphere surrounding the team I haven’t seen before! As a Welsh fan, I hope we both win our quarters and have a Celtic semi final!! I think Ireland will absolutely destroy us in the semis if that happens but would be great
Ireland were ruthless and clinical. They soaked up the Scottish pressure and took their chances clinically. Very impressive. That second Scottish try was something
That 2nd Scottish try was the best try of the game but it will be overlooked by many as the game was pretty much done by then. Scotland seem to always show little glimpses of brilliance but never quite manage to do it when it really matters.
From a south african and obviously a springbok supporter : Ireland just impressive man, they are just so good it hurts, but so mucg fun to watch them do what they do, they are increddible, completely outplayed the scots, that being said, shocking calls by the ref, and very poorly supported by the TMO. Would not have made difference in the result, but worrying that refs can get away with calls like they made. See you in the final Ireland, you deserve even everything for your hard work.
Ireland opening up the bag of tricks at last this match. The ref intercepted one of the best trick passes of the tournament. The crossfield kick was just immaculate.
yes I seen him run 100m in 11 seconds, not sure other youtubers could match that lol just kidding bro, yes he is indeed the fastest growing channel regarding rugby.
For so long, our Irish team were phenomenal for 60 mins against the best teams in the world but fell away in the last 20 due to fatigue, poor decisions under severe pressure. Both of these issues have been addressed. I, as an Irishman, no longer suffer anxiety approaching 60 mins. Now, I relish the last 20, as this is where we now build and exhaust the opposition. Great vids egg chaser. Keep it.up
Love your enthusiasm dude. It’s getting me more excited than I thought possible. See u in Paris next weekend. I’m going to both q finals and as an Irish fan I’m nearly looking forward to the France South Africa game more. 🎉
Let me ask you a question...... What does it feel like to know that a coaching team like that could be sitting in the English box at every game?? But you guys let them go!!!! That coaching team is the reason this Ireland team are playing such amazing rugby..... Roll on the All Blacks..... Still going on hope and Excitement but expecting a huge game can't wait So proud of that irish team
Stupid comment. You think ireland got to where they are now because of the current coaching staff. Shows your ignorance. Go back to watching kerry club football
The craic is 90. We dare to dream, but the draw actually helps us take it one game at a time. After NZ and France's wins vs Italy, it's good to put down a real dominant performance against a tier1 team. Hansen may be a shoiulder or head issue, looking at Irish TV, Lowe is an eye injury , which could be anything in terms of layoff. Injuries is a concern, though all walked away under their own power. I've said it before, but I think we'll have a home crowd against anyone but France, Irish fans travel on -mass, and with an chance of winning it...... JGP and Ringrose on the wing, we had dreams and songs to sing......
Hey Tim - great content as usual - I had a photo sent to me today of you with my friend Ciaran - just so you might remember - he had an Irish flag draped over his shoulders, he's 6 foot 5 and a big viking beard - we were all dead jealous he met you haha!!
Previous world cups we relied on a few super stars, now it appears anyone can play anywhere and the subs can fill in without a decrease in standard, well coached team - thanks in part to England rugby for their leftovers :) ... back down to Earth, NZ is a big one, no idea which way it could go, hard luck Scotland, you did your country proud.
I'm so proud of the lads, gracious in victory, and defeat if that had happened. No loud protestations of cockiness or self glorification , dignity at all times. It's so lovely to see and be part of. If we get through to the final we will be so proud but even if not the pride we all feel towards this team is, and will be HUGE. I love them all. The team is the lads on the field but also the fans, we're a wonderful race of people, even if I do say so myself. Go Ireland 🇮🇪 Eireann go bragh❤
Scotland never looked like they believed they could beat this Ireland/exit the pool....... even in the games against Tonga and Romania...... I'm Scottish, so I'm allowed to say this! Ireland are the no.1 team in the world because they deserve to be! Ironically, the spine of Ireland's team are the same players who underwhelmed in Japan 2019! The major difference is the coaching ticket! Ireland's performance totally nullified our strategy/tactics.........and that's down to the next level coaching!
We’ve never made it to the semi finals but to beat NZ and get there would be ridiculously ridiculously sweet. So … hopefully. We can beat them but it’ll be an incredibly tough, tense and manic match. Definitely a 50/50 match
@@matstokesmusic111those of us being a little older are forever scarred by all those repeated AB beatings, not to forget the time they abused us in Lansdowne road after having the temerity to beat a tired, end of season team in Chicago. Clinical. The draw is what it is, but this is without a doubt the best Ireland team we've ever seen. Still the flip of a coin for getting past the quarters.

Respect 👍 thanks ☘️
@Cenotaur1
It's a mountain for all 4 teams in fairness, I'm stating the bleedin obvious, but two will get past, bookmakers odds will be tight for sure.
Come on Ireland 🇮🇪 😎
They seem to be a genuine whole unit now
Love Gibson-Park… a fantastic Kiwi ambassador of the game
BS just Hogshit....The Irish use the tactic called "pod play" where groups of players are strategically positioned to block defenders ILLEGALLY and create space ILLEGALLY for their attacking players. This strategy is 100% shepherding, as it allows the attackers to run behind the players forming the pods, and blocking or shielding them from the opposition having any chance of defending. world rugby has to decide whether they want to join the American football NFL or Not , How the Irish get away with this illegal , lame and cowardly tactic is anyone's guess , Go figure
Just have a look at the first try and tell me how many scotland players are taken out by irish players running striaght into them after SOME ELSE has passed the ball behind them
@@ablewilling2778 He ain't no Kiwi anymore mate. He's more Irish than my left bollock. 😉

@@peadarr Its no surprise really, as you always wanted to wrap Sexton in cotton wool as soon as the game was over as a contest

@@runforrestrun1965not that big tbh

Ireland were ruthless and clinical. They soaked up the Scottish pressure and took their chances clinically. Very impressive. That second Scottish try was something
Bit soft I thought
That 2nd Scottish try was the best try of the game but it will be overlooked by many as the game was pretty much done by then. Scotland seem to always show little glimpses of brilliance but never quite manage to do it when it really matters.
From a south african and obviously a springbok supporter : Ireland just impressive man, they are just so good it hurts, but so mucg fun to watch them do what they do, they are increddible, completely outplayed the scots, that being said, shocking calls by the ref, and very poorly supported by the TMO. yes I seen him run 100m in 11 seconds, not sure other youtubers could match that lol just kidding bro, yes he is indeed the fastest growing channel regarding rugby.
How good is Hugo Keenan?!
The best attacking full back that I've seen in an Irish jersey and flawless under the high ball.
Keep it.up
strange though as ironically it was the last 20 where scotland finally put points on the board
Now they can do the full 80, and an extra 20 if needed.
We kind of did fall down a bit in the last 20 minutes though
Yeah this is a kind of strange comment when we fizzled out in last half an hour. Game was well and truly over to be fair, but still.
Ypu lost the second half
Love your enthusiasm dude. It’s getting me more excited than I thought possible.
See u in Paris next weekend. I’m going to both q finals and as an Irish fan I’m nearly looking forward to the France South Africa game more. 🎉
Let me ask you a question...... What does it feel like to know that a coaching team like that could be sitting in the English box at every game?? But you guys let them go!!!!
That coaching team is the reason this Ireland team are playing such amazing rugby.....
Roll on the All Blacks..... Still going on hope and Excitement but expecting a huge game can't wait
So proud of that irish team
Stupid comment. You think ireland got to where they are now because of the current coaching staff. Shows your ignorance. Go back to watching kerry club football
Springbok supporter here. This Irish team has the potential to be the greatest rugby team of all time.
See you in the final.
NZ v Eng final
Amazing. So so proud of them. Win loose or draw. Super proud of them 😍
I love the energy, passion and honesty of your post match reviews 👏🏻
One of the fans there and couldn’t of been any better! It was the best game ever been to for atmosphere, COYBIG
🇮🇪
Simply terrified but with confidence. We may never have a team like this again.
All Irish fans cant wait to play NZ, this is our team and we're coming.
PS. If Ireland don't win the RWC it will be because they totally deserved to!
They will have beaten the best teams in the world!
We’ve never made it to the semi finals but to beat NZ and get there would be ridiculously ridiculously sweet. So … hopefully. We can beat them but it’ll be an incredibly tough, tense and manic match. Definitely a 50/50 match
Finally, a humble Irish supporter. From an AB's supporter.😃👍
Yes next week is going to be intense my anxiety will be sky rocketing😂 we are on a roll but it can go either way
@@matstokesmusic111those of us being a little older are forever scarred by all those repeated AB beatings, not to forget the time they abused us in Lansdowne road after having the temerity to beat a tired, end of season team in Chicago. From my perspective 50:50 is a great place to start from but always worried this may be a bit optimistic. Wounded AB a dangerous animal.
It's gonna be some match.
If Ireland beat us, I sincerely hope they win the whole thing. They will be in a class of their own and deservedly so. @@drdecco1
Clinical. The draw is what it is, but this is without a doubt the best Ireland team we've ever seen. Still the flip of a coin for getting past the quarters.
NZ will have no answer to this defence and clinical execution once.possession is regained
17 wins on the trot for Ireland equals South Africas record and one more win for Ireland next week and they'll equal NZs all time consecutive win record. Huge game next week.
They will beat the kiwis 🥝
@@fonz114 let us wait and see what NZ team is on the field. They are inconsistent but on their day they can beat any team. Hoping Ireland make it through and the boks to the final for the rematch of the year
@@fonz114 50-50 game for me. There's very little between the top 4 sides.
Im cautiously optimistic for Ireland vs NZ, it will be a difficult game but i think we have it in us
Nah
NZ going to have a tough time to keep Irish out or compete at breakdowns.Enjoy your team. They deserve it.🇿🇦
SAFFA Bok supporter. Congratulations Ireland, damn fine team with incredible support in the crowd. The first try in the opening minute/s of the game made me realise we were going to be through with so much speculation about the Bokke chances.
Just praying now the injuries aren't to bad. What a game ahead we have 🍀 🏉 ⚫️
Well done Tim! You are the only analyst that got it! This game was OVER so early. I was being generous by saying by the 33 minute, long before Sexton exited and Ireland emptied their bench.
You nailed it Tim in everything you said......... well done to you again.
Gibson Park... Top class in whatever position he plays in💚👏🏉☘...!
