I just wanna say, the parts where you "fail" are some of the reasons this show is the best out there for crafts. Too often I see shows where they make it look easy and perfect in a first run. You actually sold me on an Elegoo Mars printer BECAUSE you showed yourself failing, it made it seem possible and helped me think of solutions if mine fail. So thanks for not being afraid to show moments where you tried something new and it didnt work out!
I love this guy. The only guy who publishes a "make your own t-shirts" video when he is selling t-shirts, and it just makes you want to support the guy even more!! I got my official shirt in the mail and love it! Keep on craftin, my friend.
i honestly can't tell if he's using a fake voice, or if that's his real voice, but legit dude, you're the smoothest crafter that ever did craft... subbed just on the strength of the whole 'make sure your perpendiculars are perculatin'" line... definitely a fan now.
All of your videos are wonderful and this was extra so! I was in the store the other day and found a big brown hoodie for only $15. I tried it on and looked at my son and said, "Hello! And welcome to the Crafsman Show!" I couldn't help it! So now it's mine and when I feel uncreative, I put on that hoodie and think of you and I start to believe in myself again! Thank you for all that you do!
11:48 Crafsman this isn't your worst video just because something you tried did not turn out well doesn't mean the video was bad. I love all your works and it's enjoyable to see you try new things
Great tutorial. You don't need Speedball paints. Anyone who has ever painted a house knows that acrylic paints are permanent on fabrics. They're cheap (compared to Speedball) and come in every color.
I don't know how I stumbled onto your channel. But I'm hooked. Not only are your videos informative and helpful, but your voice is pure ASMR. You could make a killing in the ASMR community if you haven't already. I watch your stuff every night! Keep up the pure Gold!!

I don't really know why I was recommended your channel, but I've been watching for a few weeks now and can say that it's one of my favorites. I may never actually do the activity in the video but your creativity, positivity, and general outlook on things is very refreshing and helps alot if I've not had the best day. I very much appreciate you Crafsman, keep craftin.
Thanks for the "low tech" video crafsman!! Although UA-cam is full of ideas the majority of youtubers use expensive equipment some of us can't afford and to see one of your favorite craft people using simple materials everyone can get is a great help!!
Hey Crafsman. Thanks for everything you do. You make my miserable days so much better. The positivity you bring to the world is a breath of fresh air in the harsh times we live in. Stay steadycraftin. I know I will. Love you.
Hey Crafsman! I love that you covered this technique! You can also pick up fabric medium at the craft store (usually less that $5, found near the paints) that you can mix with pretty much any acrylic paint to make it washable. I've been using it for years, and the result holds up for a very long time with little cracking or fading. And since you're mixing it with your choice of paint, you can do ANY color you like, even metallic, glitter, etc.
@@TheCrafsMan The same drafting tools suppliers also have circle templates - one type is a chunk of plastic with a bunch of various size holes in it. Another has a bunch of arcs cut into a piece of plastic - for larger circles
That was a really fascinating technique, Crafsman---I just love how you break things down real simple and make it accessible for everyone from beginners on up. Even the less-successful attempts are really helpful, because 1) They're experiments where we discover with you what works and what doesn't, and more important 2) It helps us give ourselves permission to just play around with something new, without the pressure of things turning out right all the time. Maybe you get a little frustrated when things don't turn out, but I think it really helps us go easier on ourselves to know that it doesn't have to be perfect every time. You're so encouraging and inspiring--keep encouraged yourself! That bleach technique worked out FANTASTIC, by the way.
Hey Scott! :D I'm glad to hear this! There was a moment where I started to just grab that one extra shirt I had (I bought 3 for this) and re-shoot the process. But I kept it, so y'all could see the very first time, the very first results. It would be easy to scrap it, re-shoot, get a nice print (having learned from my first experience), but then I just imagine someone out there trying this, and getting poor results their first time, getting discouraged..... So I just kept it honest, yet also, hopefully, showed that you can get clean results if you want to.
