Yup 100% not. It would have to be made from scratch. Take the assets, but coding has to be done from the start. I made it in a modern game engine which obviously doesn't translate into the chip of the snes.

Honestly only some mario games and rain world beat this game for me.

Experienced Super Mario World romhacker and Godot gamedev here;
The SNES would absolutely not be able to run the game in its current state.
However, I don’t doubt a demake is possible. It’s probably very doable, even.
