Next time, I'd pot down the music at the beginning of the video and not bring it back up until the end. You want people to hear your words; there's no point in just watching without hearing, and if there were, people could mute the sound.
This is am amazing run through of the entire game and components. Very well done. Best out of all the other 'how to's out there. I am loving the game mechanics in place here.
Music too loud in some moments. Fast-paced explanation can be quite difficult sometimes. Anyway, beautifully diposed board, could see the details with no problems
Thanks for the helpful explanation (fwiw, I didn't even notice the music). My son and I played this today. He beat me and I demanded a rematch (tomorrow). We had a great time. Thanks for a fun educational game.
been waiting for this, thanks :) its sad that I haven't been able to play it yet, but this will help! Production suggestion: use some more compression, your voice fades in and out a bit as you look toward/away from the mic. Low ratio, low threshold. Such details take a lot of time, so its easy to miss, so I hope you don't take it wrong. Its a good production already.
Could you PLEASE edit out that very annoying back ground music ...not needed, very distracting and ruins an otherwise pretty good explanation ..or though it is a little fast paced to actually learn from ...
why are there 3 vesticle spot under red when there is only 2 flasks that can be used on that spot (and thus a max of two vesticles) - and on the 2-player side of the board there is only 1 flask spot but still 3 red circles...
The vesicles placed on those spots can stay there from round to round, while the Flask do not. At the end of the round, each player will take their Flasks back to be placed during the next round.
@@geniusgames5802 OMG thank you, we were moving the vesicles down right away on the first step and thought it had to be one round so that totally makes sense now!
As I understand it, the free ribosome lets me convert all of my black cubes into red cubes, but not a fraction of them (e. g. if I have 6 black cubes, I could not choose to convert only 4 of them into red cubes), while the rough ER lets me convert exactly as many black cubes into red cubes as are depicted on a card I have in my hand and plan to build. Am I correct?
You can convert ANY number you want on the Free Ribosome when you go there. It does not have to be all you have. You are correct that in the ER you will want to convert exactly as many black cubes into red cubes as are depicted on your card.
fantastic explanation, but the music is too loud and unnecessary. Thank you for the video

I got this for my birthday last week and I opened it up last night to work through the directions in preparation for game night.

Great video. I gotta say the music is distracting.
Bought the game. It arrives tomorrow. Can’t wait.
Great explanation of the game
Interesting theme. I simply just love bio classes when in school
Very helpful but, yes, touch up the sound tracks. Great game, BTW! Congratulations, John Coveyou!
Thanks for the comment Greg! Much appreciated :-)
@@geniusgames5802 I hope to meet you folks at the virtual UKGE!

Or just place the mic differently and cut out the background music, if you don't want to learn audio production, but yes. This.
Very relevant now given covid19
I plan on breaking this out tonight. Looking forward to it!
Awesome! Can’t wait for your next game to come out
This was very helpful, but the music really got in the way. It sometimes was loud enough to make it hard to hear the instructions.
I can't wait to play it!!!
I couldn’t focus at all on the explanation because of the music being way too loud throughout the video.
Wish I could hear you better! The music makes it tricky to follow.
What a beautiful game!
I would like to play it :D I'm gonna look for it
Nice explanation of the game I gave you one 👍
Tried to watch this How To - but the music is just too much. Thumbs down.

I like it fast-paced. I can always back up and replay any part that I missed. I found it difficult to ignore the music, though.
Meanwhile i didnt even notice the music hahaha.
Couldn't hear instructions because the background music was too loud and too high energy.
everything's clear, none of the others, thanks for sharing.
I played it. It is an excelent game. I enjoyed it a lot.

Well. Still don’t understand that’s great
the most difficult game to play i ever saw LOL
You must not have seen much, then. It's barely medium weight...
And subscribed
Is exhausting a flask taking one back to use again or something else?
I'm a little confused on that and I can't find it in the rules
I am not sure what you mean by "exhuasting a flask". Is that in the video?
👍👍
i hate this game
Sometimes I feel like this game hates me. It doesn't feel good to be hated.
Get rid of the music.
