    But the Pribnow box sequence shown should be on the non-template strand, and the poly(A) tail doesn't appear in the DNA at all. The poly(A) site does (TTATTT, etc), and plays an important role in termination in eukarotes, but the adenines are added after cleavage. In bacteria the terminator has a few different mechanisms.

    • @geniusgames5802
      @geniusgames5802 2 роки тому

      Great question! If you're playing the Hero Mode (the advanced version) the Event Deck is added to the game. Some of the event cards will populate new minions onto those red spaces. This means players have an additional consideration with knocking out minions. If they knock our minions on those red spaces, then there is the risk of additional minions coming back out on those spaces.

    As I understand it, the free ribosome lets me convert all of my black cubes into red cubes, but not a fraction of them (e. g. if I have 6 black cubes, I could not choose to convert only 4 of them into red cubes), while the rough ER lets me convert exactly as many black cubes into red cubes as are depicted on a card I have in my hand and plan to build. Am I correct?

    • @geniusgames5802

    You said if you have 5 cards or more in your hand and you take another action card you have to stack a carbon. But actually in the rules it says " you must add a carbon block to the tower when you perform the "Take 1" action card with 6+ cards already in your hand. So According to this you can have up to 6 before you would have to stack when you perform the "Take 1" to get your 7th card. 😁

There's a lot of game out there that could be made solo. Sounds like these games could fall into this category but I'm just trying to get a sense of whether they would work as-is, as I described above. I am a bit confused how the guess tokens work. If a builder guesses and they are wrong then there is no way to win, for example in a 3 person game there are 6 guess tokens and each builder has 3 molecules to build. One wrong guess and there is no way to get all 6 molecules completed. Clearly we are misunderstanding something. I hope this makes sense. Thx for helping us.

    • @kd9425
      @kd9425 6 місяців тому

      When you play a guess token, both players get their molecule checked, so by spending one guess token you can confirm both molecules are built correctly, you could win the game in a minimum of three guess tokens.
