I was running up the office stairs, fell and dislocated BOTH my shoulders at the same time!! The pain was immense i was rushed to the Hospital and they were out of place the whole time. After getting a jab and waiting for the doctor to come they finally popped back in. Still in pain but I did an XRAY and the doc said it was OK and I should avoid heavy lifting....AND TODAY WAS MONDAY!!!!
I’m really watching this now cause my little brother got mad that I wouldn’t play a game with him, started hitting his foot with the door, I stopped him from doing it and he kept pulling until I let go as my shoulder popped, then I felt a ton of pain and now 5-10 minutes later anything from my shoulder to my elbow hurts to move but anything below my elbow I can move just fine with no pain, it hurt just trying to lay down..

I don’t think I have a dislocated bone but my right shoulder is like I pain this happened because my brother was holding my two hands and well he is way stronger than me so as I pull as hard as I can he let’s go of me and I fall hard then I feel a pain on my right shoulder and I was unable to move it for some second I believe this is because I think I hit one of the boxes edge (plastic box) I mean I can still move it but it hurts and when I add pressure to it gets that slight pain which hurts what do I do
My right shoulder was dislocated 6 years ago nearly and sometime my shoulder get out of it yesterday while I was sleeping it was out of it somehow I managed to put it back I don’t know why it happens it gives a pain and swelling from inside what should I do sir
Omg my right shoulder hurts, and yes sleeping is the most cause for my pain as well, even well I lay on my side, I also am a Righty and I do a lot of arm and hand movements throughout the day, which we all actually do, but this has happened to me a few times before as well, just not use to is and never got it checked out. I also got hit by a car when I was 14, I'm 26 now, and I have Scoliosis, I also had Pectus Carinatum Surgery in 2020, now this shoulder situation need to be diagnosed and treated, also better sleep, starting with a real comfortable mattress and pillow, some daily yoga/stretches and exercises would be great, and laying off the Dairy as well, it's really not for human consumption, therefore it's FALSE that Cows Milk keeps our bones strong" Eat Your Greens!.. 🙏🏻🙌🏻🤙🏻💯🌱❣
I dislocated my shoulder four days ago and I still can't move my arm 💪😢 🤕 doesn't hurt so much anymore but my life is at a standstill only having the use of one arm.😅
I have been dislocating my shoulder for 3 times now, it sucks, because I can't afford surgery and I love playing basketball because it keeps me from my problems. Now I'm almost drowning of sadness 😭. Why can't just this injury heal by itself 😭
@@prabinpathak3795 my shoulder was popped back into place that same day it was dislocated.. the problem was slight nerve damage, but that was fixed months ago with time, now I just have to build my shoulder back up and maintain it.

you need a sling or splint when you sleep also try to eat a lot of good dairy farm products to restore your joints some colagen too

I was told by my orthopedic that due to my age 57. The only thing I can do is physical therapy. Is this true?

It feels numb the first time I popped out, but my shoulder has been dislocating ever since, so each time it will get less and less pain
