My parents are from Oaxaca :) and Oaxaca is known for their Mole they have sweet and spicy mole. You guys should visit Monte Alban it's not far from Oaxaca City maybe 20-30 minutes from Oaxaca city and Hierve el Agua which is like an hour and a half from the city. Also Oaxaca has beautiful beaches like Huatulco and Puerto Escondido. Its an all around wonderful state.
Please never stop to upload your videos. I really love them, and make them more often. I am a Mexican living in Los Angeles. I am from Morelia Michoacan but I love all my Mexican culture. I'm glad you enjoy all of the best from Mexico. Take care. And God bless you.

Can’t wait to go back to Oaxaca one day. I was born there, but raised in California. I can’t help but to feel extremely proud of the rich historical culture and artistry Oaxaca has to offer! Proud of my roots ❤️
Tangerine Travels.. This was such a great video. Wow! So much work, so many hours of labor, went into each of the many items for sale. That woman that figured out to polish the pots is a hero to the town. 😊 Keep up the Great work, Maddie, Jordan, and Laska. 😘
Thank you for sharing such great videos... Me and my wife are planning to retired in mexico and Oaxaca Is one of the place we would love to live when time comes. We are from Canada . For us this is one of the best if not the best video we've seen from you guys. Thank's again

Great video. Oaxaca is where I'm planning to retire. I've been following Retire in Mexico Now with Fred and Cindy and they live nearby and have me convinced! :)
Please don’t. Because if you retire there it has a negative effect on the property values and artisans and the locals are unable to afford to live there now. Just like what happened in San Miguel de Allende. And the world looses a bit of its rich culture and history. Try Cuernavaca Morelos, it’s California weather yearly a d you wouldn’t be negatively impacting a Region.
Wonderful videooo. I sent it to my wife. She's Japanese. We cam to spain from japan. Quite nice. But mexico especially Oaxaca looks like something else. I feel it could be a great option.

Maddie and Jordan, you have done it again! While binge watching your channel, Here is Oaxaca, another marvelous wonder of beauty and old world craftsmanship! I was wondering how to make a small living while giving back to these incredible communities, Buying small lots and selling them in America, and using some of the profit to help people there with Their needs and dreams! Thanks guys~!!!!! I have a lot of Googling ahead of me...US customs laws!
I think you guys are like my adult children and I were when we traveled through Mexico in September. We stayed for two weeks and traveled from Laredo, Texas through Monterrey and Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta. We didn't care very much for Puerto Vallarta due to the higher prices and getting hassled by vendors. But we went back to Guadalajara and stayed there for a few days making trips to smaller towns nearby. Every place we visited was our new favorite. We came back to the United States with some great memories and a lot of new favorite places.
I’m glad you enjoy Oaxaca as much as I do. PLEASE consider next year coming back for the Guelaguetza. You have no idea what a great experience you’re missing out. Book with months in advance. And if you’re still in Oaxaca try Casa Oaxaca (reservation required) and Pitiona terrace. You will love the view of Santo Domingo temple.
Oh my stars, the skill of those artists to paint and carve and create all of those pieces you showed us! Very impressive! I can't even get my eyeliner on straight jaja! Hugs to you three! 💃❤
Ok, you two. Now I've just got to get on a plane and go to Oaxaca again. This was just great! That's exactly the right way to see this amazing jewel of a city and region. I was first there in 1974 and feel in love with it. But was last there a long 14 years ago. I worried if it's the same, but now I see the magic continues and you found it in so many ways and new to me too. This and the first video were excellent!
Just discovered your channel today and I find it amazing and really informative. Please keep up the great work and keep us all entertained. Would love to be on these trips with you. You are an inspiration to all of us!
When I heard the guy at 17:52 playing "Con Te Partirò," by Andre Bocelli(and at the key change), I started singing along jaja I loved the video, you always do an amazing job :') To think they put all the work into their art is truly amazing, and adds a whole new value to it. It has heart and soul, something you really can't find on after scales nowadays. Yet more places I have to see in México. Now, if they could somehow get me to love guacamole, that would be an amazing feat xd
This is crazy. I am in Zicatela and wanted to know how they made that shiny surface of the clay. It amazed me. It looks like pueter, I thought it had a glaze on it but no! I love Zicatela and have had great fish and mole, fruit and tequila!
