How much do they weigh

Women: Bags from 160-250 pounds | Men: Bags from 240-340 pounds. -10 punds is red. The larger ones are blue. EDIT: each athlete had to lift all bags. Ascending by 10 pounds.

Great event...gave a few women the chest /shoulder lifts but it will get better...D. Speegle is a little tank of a woman.
