This is a great idea, it takes a good six weeks of focused work I would think at least. Most of us go the long round about of years, would be nice to condense it! Truth is the people who really need the clarity are the flying monkeys.
That sounds so wonderful I had to take those steps after getting out of a religious cult and you are exactly right when you talk about the confusion because when I woke up and smell the coffee is when my world started spinning and yes a lot of anxiety came in because everything was crashing and I realized I was surrounded by and now process of learning to self love and have hope for the future
