- Here’s how to fix an iPhone 7 (Plus) that has a black screen and won’t turn on or gets stuck black screen of death. ive tried all of these but none of them work, the apple logo doesnt appear nor does the itunes or rest one.i woke up this morning and it wouldnt turn on but had notifications nd all going off so i tried force resetting it and i did it wrong, i was able to get the screen up for a little bit and i shut it down instead, i tried the volume nd power button but it wont turn on, the home button works so i know its on. idk wht to do.

the itunes restoration + update worked, but the screen isnt turning on. before the screen died, the text onscreen turned green, and the call i was on was still going.
do you think it could be the lcd?

I tried every step and it still doesn't work I dropped my phone 30 mins before the incident and the screen turned off. When I tried turning on my phone again it didn't work but then the next day I heard notifications from my phone. The screen is still black but I can still feel vibrations and hear notifications I can even take screenshots and hear it. What do I do? Is the system corrupt or do I need the screen to be replaced? If it's corrupt how do I fix it and how long do I have to wait before it works again?
(I dropped my phone many times but nothing happened idk why the screen turned off a few days ago)
This happened on friday around 5pm. It's been like this for nearly 4 days
and my battery's 96%

@@bytefurther idrk, I was taking a picture after I got out the shower and it just turned off and it showed a loading thing, now it's just stuck on the apple logo. It shows when it's dead but when I put it on the charger it goes back to the apple logo so I just quit.

i wanted to update my iphone the i got the recovery mode and i tried to do that thing on my computer and it didnt work so i wanted to restore the phone and it didnt work either so i downloaded Fixppo on my computer to remove the recovery mode and then i got the black death screen. And this video didnt help me well so what can i do? sorry bad english

I have an iphone 7 and i have never dropped it nor has it had water damage, earlier i was charging it and all of a sudden it went cold. i didnt think much of it as maybe its just cold you know? so then about and hour later i checked it and it wasnt turning on and the screen is completely black cant hear anything nor see anything! please help, and i also ahev no apple support buildings any where near me .

when I force restart/ reboot my phone the app logo doesn't show but when I touch the home button I cannot feel any vibration which tells me the phone is rebooted after pressing the power button still the screen is black but I can feel the home button vibrating pls hellp

@@bytefurther no, I just shared 50 to 65 photos from my other phone to this phone on WhatsApp, then I clicked on Instagram and suddenly some lines were there then my phone blacked out
lines were there I tried to close my phone to open it again then it blacked out

I tried all the steps none of this work at all and I didn't drop it and I didn't drop it in water and It's not the cable because the cable works for my airpods

@@bytefurther I tried restoring it, and I removed it in the process and it just started booting into recovery mode. After removing it from recovery mode, it's showing black screen. I tried removing it from black screen last night, but the iPhone won't install the firmware.

dont hold down the volume down and power button. that calls the cops
It's a way to force restart your iPhone 7.
