hey if you still need help and the screen is staying black but you can feel the phone vibrating / recieving notifications then keep doing the reboot cycle and charging your phone at the same time. I should auto force it without itunes being needed

What if it goes in recovery mode and screwn dont shoq that its in recovery mode? Whats the issue my phone turn on flash light also sounds are also coming give me a solid advice or make a vedio on it
After you put your phone into recovery mode, did u see iTunes or Finder in your computer detect your phone?
When I watch videos or any normal stuff sometimes the screen goes black but can hear the voice and i can still touch, i tried screen shot when in black and even the screenshot is saved on what it's playing but to me it's black. Help me

I need help with mine, so before when it black out it was glitching and the glitching take up the whole phone screen and I couldn’t see my Home Screen or my app, and the phone have 100% battery before the blackout and when I try to charge it, I can hear the sound when you change your phone but, it still black

3rd option is what will work but it says I don’t have enough storage to download the update and I can’t delete anything because the screen is black!!! Please help or should I take it to the store
Have u backed up the phone content in iCloud or computer? If you do, you can complete erase the device.
I am using my phone and i put on my desk and when i open again it does not show diaplay it become black my phone is up to date and i do also the 1 method but it doesn't work plz
If the update doesn't work, you might need to reset the phone. Note all your data will be gone.

When I update my phone with the computer and it then says it has updated on the computer. How long do I wait till my phone reboots and turns on. Do I wait an hour or 2? Till I turn it on or let it turn on by it self?

yo so my phone I had dropped into liquid but it was still fine but then after I took out the case to take any excess liquid in the case, the screen started flashing white, so I just pressed the sleep button (the button on the right-hand side) and now when I try to turn it on it won't turn on, but it still has vibrations and stuff like that.

It works but everything is black and I don't see apple logo or any of those things on the screen you say in the video. All the info about Itunes is great but it closed out and when I unplugged and plugged back in it said there may be a problem with the phone that's causing an issue with the update. Gonna try restoring it.

Hello guys, so yesterday my iphone x had a bit of water in the bottom area where the charging port at, it was working fine until a black screen started to pop up and go until it went all black, somehow i didn't think it was the water bcz it wasn't that much of water that touched it, it was just a bit so i kept trying to turn it on, it still now on black screen but i can hear the notifications and everything i just put it in rice and will see if it works. if u have any idea to help me out with this pls do, because i really dont wanna replace the screen.

none of these have worked for me. I have done a factory reset with my macbook and it is still black. The apple logo shows and so deos the reboot screen but nothing otherwise

4:11 there's something so diabolical about telling people who unsuccessfully did step 2 to then try step 3 as if recovery mode would be enabled given the screen issue. why would you even put that in a video...
