Moza is killing it. 😳 Can't believe they beat Fanatec to an on-rim screen.
They really are killing it. Especially for being a comparatively young company
Fanatec is really falling behind to its main competitors Simagic and moza.
I bought a moza and it broke on me in a week. I do not recommend this company at all, the customer service and quality is not good smh. It hurts for me to say it but stay away from Moza.
Hmm. I wouldn't say they are Killing it. Although I feel like this is an Great Wheel (This is finally a Stand Out Product)
I think Moza is winning in the Marketing department and winning the race to the bottom ($$) simracing market undercutting the Fanatec with similar products!

I don't doubt it when Moza said they have literally been planning their entry to the sim racing market for a decade. They've released more products in the last year than Fanatec and Thrustmaster have released in the last FIVE YEARS! I really hope the Moza Twitter talk about console compatability is accurate. If they secure the Microsoft/Playstation license, there won't be a much of an intelligible reason to purchase Fanatec/Thrustmaster.
And certainly no reason for a logitech.
If they can and will have console licence, it would be great. I am on Fanatec DD Pro on Ps5 as no other works on Ps5...but who knows...
Just one more: I’m no longer allowed to drive the Nordschleife at night, apparently I grunt. So clicking shifters are out…
Just got into sim racing last month and m first wheel and base was the Moza R9 with the GS wheel. Been loving it for my first wheel, but once I saw this drop I ordered it right away. Can't wait to get it!
So according to another video on this, the dash software is set up possibly with F1 22 in mind rather than sims in general. If you are paying that kinda coin, you want to be able to use all dash features no matter the sim
Well that sucks, was planning on using this with open wheel in Iracing.
Are all the functions of the screen working in Iracing? Like ERS and DRS? Planning on getting one for formulas.

Happy to see Moza killing it, but did we need another $500+ wheel? I like the form-factor, but something from Moza that competes with the McLaren V2 would be nice.
Yeah, fair enough. I think the reason for this wheel is to fulfil most of the features of a $1,000+ wheel at a much lower price. But I agree, some competition for the McLaren V2 is needed
In a way when you think about it, they made a wheel with an amazing feature with same price range as the fanatec V2.5
Not a fan of the rev lights being a single line, but everything on the wheel looks gorgeous.
The loud shifters would definitely be a problem for me; my wife, while sound asleep, can hear an astronaut fart on the ISS. (But only if it’s passing overhead!)

im pretty sure it comes with small rubber things that you can put between the magnets to make it quiet

The shifters would only add to the noise, it’s my aggressive driving at one AM that gets me into trouble!
I have the GS and The Crazy Loud shifters are corrected to almost no sound with the included sound deadening pad kit. You just have to remember to re calibrate them afterwards in the Pit House soft ware Super easy mod but Will Not work without re calibration.

Does the screen on the steering wheel show the same info as the Moza CM HD Racing Dash?
The problem with this wheel is there is no FFB functionality via its LED screen, so you can make adjustments on the fly. This will be a problem when you consider the new Simagic FX Pro wheel does in fact allow you to adjust FFB on the LED screen. Same with Fanatec of course, even though I don't recommend Fanatec over these two newcomers.
Cool wheel but you didn’t really get into how to program the screen. Can we use sim hub or some other variant. Can it be used with other wheelbases? Size? How do you program the clutch? I guess we ll wait for Barry. Nice wheel, good job.
Ugh I want this for my R9 but VR driving means it’ll be useless for me lol.
Can you attach it to a simagic then wire to the PC to use the buttons?

I have a DD1 and have been waiting for Fanatec to make a wheel like this. I’ve been seeing all the rave about Moza and have thought about switching. I know the R9 doesn’t have as much power as the DD1, but would the R9 be a huge downgrade?
Honestly yes. The DD1’s peak torque is so much higher, you’d be taking a big step backward in terms of FFB / reaction speed
I haven't tried the dd1 but I own the R9 and can't imagine anything stronger. I am super happy with it. The size of the base and detail feels great too. Plus all there wheels are very good quality vs fanatec.
Is it the same width as the GS?
Does the wheel work on iracing?

I have a Fanatec Formula V2.5 and honestly I much prefer the look of that, not a fan of the huge screen or all the colours everywhere on the Moza. The shifters are about 300% quieter on the Fanatec too lol. Great to see Fanatec finally getting some good competition though!
Fanatec has to step up their game now :D
it's too bad that Moza didn't have all this stuff ready when Fanatec had the Sim world in a strangle hold during the shipping crisis or I would've went with Moza , I spent around $2000 on my Fanatec DD1 , V3 pedals and yes the McLaren GT3 wheel LOL
Can you use the wheel on a simagic m10 base? Would be awesome if I could mount the Simagic quick release on this.
I believe so (assuming the quick release fits), but only with the USB adapter box that MOZA will soon be releasing.

I’ve been looking for a new wheel with a display for a while now but while I can afford it, I try to stay sane with my purchases. I don’t want to go into that rabbit hole cause any simracer knows, that’s a one way street. 😅If this is compatible with the m10, this might be the one I have been waiting for.
