Otherwise routine looks good just a few amendments
AM include a moisturiser before spf
PM only use salicylic acid 2 x per week, and i would use by itself for best results - cleanse, tone, salicylic acid, moisturise
Use hyaluronic acid and Niacinamide on the evenings when you don’t use salicylic acid xx

I would use the aha bus pha serum alone :) and use hyaluronic acid on the other nights.
Niacinamide can be used daily
I’m not entirely sure of this, but I heard that 10% niacinamide is actually not great for skin and can damage it. Just what I heard though so your free to check for yourself.

Yes it’s called pilling. Use less product, like 1-2 drops and ensure it is absorbed prior to applying moisturiser. Also ensure water based serums are applied prior to any oils x

Is it correct to use hyaluronic then night cream then moisturizer and lastly, adapalene?
Generally, people go by the following rules: Apply thinnest to thickest. If applying more than one cream, the moisturiser goes on last. Night creams are usually moisturisers too so you would only need one, not two?
In this example I would apply the hyaluronic acid serum, then the adapalene gel, then a night cream/moisturiser. Make sure whatever night cream/ moisturiser you use, it doesn't have any exfoliating ingredients in such as salicylic acid, glycolic acid or lactic acid etc, just because it may irritate when applied with adapalene.
However, if starting out, I think people tend to say that adapalene can go on after moisturiser, just so that you find it less irritating at first.

The glycolic toning solution should not be washed off but hyaluronic acid should be applied to damp skin. You can apply straight after the toning lotion.
Applying the glycolic lotion daily also may be too much for the skin
After using at pm do I wash it off in the morning? If yes, should I wash with just water or with face wash?
You can use your normal cleanser, or just wash with luke warm water in the morning and follow with your day routine

No.. I think you should use La Mer instead

Most brands do not recommend mixing vitamin c with niacinamide. So I would use vitamin c in the morning, niacinamide in the evening to be safe.

Hey, I have an acne prone skin so can I use Hyaluronic Acid 2%+B5 and Niacinamide 10%+Zinc % together after applying GM TRUM Anti Ance Serum (recommended by my dermatologist) which I applied only on the affected area in the morning and at night?
I am not sure of the ingredients in the anti acne serum. I would check with your dermatologist :) unless you know the ingredients in the product which should be on the back

2. Niacinamide and hyaluronic acid in the PM (keep in mind that if you change niacinamide brands, this will be a conflict to the glycolic acid and should be used on alternating nights to glycolic acid)

Every skin is different and I am unsure of your current skin condition - try not to overdo it with the actives xx
