I Love this version of Scarecrow simply due to the fact that he isn’t a pushover. I use that term lightly. Most interpretations of Scarecrow especially the most recent ones are cartoonishly evil and are mostly wimps that can’t defend themselves without their fear toxins. This Scarecrow is decked out with his toxins AND a scythe to boot. Fighting toe to toe with Selina and fuckin Gordon?? This Jonathan is him.
Scarecrow is a psychiotrist. He studies fear and phobias and uses them against others. He once drovean inmate to suicide with nothing but his words. Crane does not need fear gas 2 be effective and I am sick of guys like y0u sprending this misconception!
The thing is some type of fear gas or pill, if used in clinical practice could actually be really beneficial to people with antisocial personality disorder as they don’t experience anxiety and fear towards triggers that they should.
I wish he had far more screen time. They as always over play joker. Not knocking the joker performance by any means. But I enjoy others far more. Scarecrow is my favorite villain in the DC deck.
Heath Ledger's joker is the only one i legitimately love. Like if he had lived longer, I wouldve loved to see a series just of him. In my opinion Batman is overplayed. Like I cant stand to watch any batman films or shows anymore! They try too hard now. the Scarecrow and Heath Ledger's Joker are my definite favorites

Every time you go to sleep you have this terrible nightmare like a man in Scuba suit With that circular window You watch him kill Your own brothers You hide in that Bunk bed of yours hoping he doesn't see you And when he spots you you cannot move you cannot back away he just slashes at you and you still cannot move And when he leaves the room you can finally breathe you can finally talk normally You can finally do what you want whenever you see the monster fear grips you so tight where you cannot do nothing Prove me wrong on that And if you try to prove me wrong You never had a nightmare Every time you watch a horror movie Let's put you at the age of 5 And you're watching the fly for the first time And you See the man's arm broken where you can see his bone what would you do in that situation and no one tell me most of you haven't turned off the tv as a kid because I'm pretty sure some of you had When you seem the most disturbing part in a horror movie
