Scarecrow's always been such an underused villain. There's so much potential for great, ultra-creepy psychological horror stories with the character, but it gets consistently overlooked and discarded by writers who are either too lazy or too incapable to pull it off right.
How about Scarecrow kidnapping young children for his “experiments?” Or donning the disguise of Santa Claus, and putting his Fear Toxin in the presents?
One of my favorite Scarecrow stories is the one with the Anti-Fear Toxin. The one that creates and absence of fear in the victim. So interesting to see his targets, and especially Batman, acting so recklessly without a sense of fear.
Yes, other batman villians shoould have their own movie. What i want to see the most are the riddler, scarecrow, and poison ivy. I want it to be live action movie tho..
my previous comment wasn't clear so let me specify: Matt Reeves' next batman film is rumored to have Clayface, the Scarecrow, and Professor Pyg. I hope it's going to be even more of a horror film since all of those villains can either shift to be your worst nightmare, cause you to hallucinate it, or are notorious for fusing a doll-like mask onto your face to become the perfect underling
6:06 "You're not dying, it just feels like you are." Damn, that's a spot-on description of what panic attacks feel like actually, at least when they're at there most severe. You know it's irrational and that's the worst part, you know it's all probably in your head but you're still unable to calm down. In a sense, I suppose one could say Scarecrow's fear toxin is a drug that induces panic attacks and hallucinations. Though not always, sometimes it just makes the person afraid without hallucinating but usually it involves hallucinations about whatever one fears. Lol, now I'm wondering if Scarecrow were to spray someone with panic disorder with his fear gas, would it maybe be less effective against them? Because yeah they'd be more likely to panic and/or have more severe reactions maybe but they also might be more used to dealing with panic attacks? I have panic disorder, and believe me it's not fun but I've had so many panic attacks over the years that I'm basically an expert now (though that doesn't mean they aren't still scary and sometimes difficult to deal with). I've somehow learned how to conceal my panic attacks, assuming they're not too severe, and work through them. Like back in middle school I legit had panic attacks and just had to try and cope with them, telling myself they're just panic attacks and they will pass and trying to focus on the lesson (which sometimes helped because it distracted me but other times didn't because I couldn't focus or the lesson itself was giving me an anxiety attack lol). So yeah, joke's on you Scarecrow, as Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe said "I've felt worse." Also 6:37 at first I laughed because Green Lantern just sort of fell out of the vehicle and rolled on the ground but now I feel kinda bad, dude is legit just curled up on the ground shivering, not even fighting back or trying to run away.
Laughing gas that kills you with a smile on your face along with kisses that kill you from a certain lipstick. I wonder if mixing scarecrow, joker, and ivy's toxin would make one heck of a drug trip.
Cillian Murphy and the actor in Gotham did great portrayals of Jonathan Crane/The Scarecrow Hope we get a new version and portrayal of Jonathan Crane/The Scarecrow in the new 2021 Matt Reeves Batman franchise starring Robert Pattinson as the new Bruce Wayne/Batman! :D
I think Scarecrow's fear Toxin had more effects with Batman in the Batman Arkham games. I even liked the Joker hallucinations that went on in Arkham Knight. I still respect the how Christopher Nolan made the Scarecrow fear toxin effects in Batman Begins.

Scarecrow is hands down my favorite villain of the Batman’s entire villain group. Mainly how he creates fear gas to expose anyone’s deepest fears and be displayed as menacing than his real appearance. In Batman Animated Series and Justice League, those two did well of showing the inner fears of Batman and Green Lantern. In Arkham Asylum, Arkham Knight, Batman Begins, Gotham, Injustice 2, Batman Hush, and Batman vs TMNT, they did an amazing job showing off Scarecrow’s darkest of natures through the gassed victim’s eyes.
He Did in his Last Episode on The Last Season given a Completely Different Design, Fun Fact When he Sprayed Batman in the episode He Resees that Night when he saw his Parents Murdered in Crime Ally, That was the First time that happened in Media Outside Comics, So Crane had a special Place in adapting the Mugging.
I wonder if 'they' would have added "food-coloring" to the Scarecrow's fear gas in the 90s Batman films if Michael Keaton was still Bruce Wayne/Batman, Tim Burton as an executive producer (not as the director), & Dennis O'Neil as a consultant. With Brad Dourif cast as Johnathan Crane/the Scarecrow in one of those Batman films as well.
So... we are now doing videos not only of the characters’ evolution but also of their paraphernalia? I wonder how much time it takes before we will get a chance of beholding the evolution of Gordon’s mustache, Lex Luthor’s bald top or (God forbid) Superman’s under(over)wear.
I wish Akham Knights final boss fight was against Scarecrow and it was in the form of the Akham Asylum boss fights with him. Like an ultimate version and he turns into Joker for moments
I always liked the effect from the game batman rise of sin tzu, I think it was on original Xbox also but I had it on ps2 but if scarecrow thugs threw a fear bomb it would make the screen wavy and the enemies would turn into skeletons or zombies
Olay whenever the Batman Unlimited series part comes up you can notice Gotham in the backround and my question is why did the people making the show or season long toy commercial not get? Gotham is a Gothic city with Victorian elements and sometimes some old 18 hundreds London thrown in for good effect. Not a technology advanced city like Batman Beyond!

When you realize in injustice gods among us had the same scarecrow model and the Arkham games
Holy shit it really is identical. Why did they changed it, it was so perfect already.
Same thing goes with the models for the other Arkham inmates in the second area transition.
Gods among us has alot of arkham skins and models. Batman, joker, and scarecrow.
I could be wrong but I think that you can get skins from the arkham games in injustice.
