He received a full scholarship from the Ecole normale musique de Paris in France, studied with the world-famous cellist Roland Pidoux, and graduated unanimously from the jury, earning the Diplôme Supérieur de Concertiste.
Early on, he won the first prize in the string section of the Busan Music Association Competition and the first prize in the Yewon Music Competition at the Daegu Music Association Competition. He has served as the chief cello at the Chicago Concert Hall, Seoul Arts Center, and Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, and has performed extensively through master classes including world-class cellists YOYOMA, Michael Maisky, Steven Isserlist, Claus Kangisser, Luigi Piovano, Myeong-Hwa Jung, Young-Chang Cho, and Seong-Won Yang. and performed a tour throughout Japan with the Tokyo Philharmonic's senior members through invitational performances several times every summer and winter from 2006 to 2013.
In addition, the Dutch Amsterdam government and the Luxembourg government invited Recital, etc., and performed with the Daegu Philharmonic Orchestra and Japan Asia Week. They are actively performing and performing activities on various stages.
At CRR DE PARIS Conservatoire, he studied with Eric Maria Couturier, Principal of the Paris Contemporary Music Orchestra, France, and the Best Performer course.
