Great leg workout after a 5k race couple days ago...perfect!! Tracy I loved the new twist move on the goblet squat...great stretch on my stiff back. Thank you for pushing me today ❤

Oh my goodness! That was excellent! I loved the variety! I will probably find muscles I forgot I had later today or tomorrow! Went with heavier weights and found that even my heart rate got up there. Thank you!
That was just what I needed today. Your channel ja great. One thing that has helped me stay on track with exercise is telling myself that I cant go more than one day without working out. So when I miss, which happens, I am motivated to workout the next day.

What a lekker leg workout this was, thank you for helping me to move daily all the way from America to South Africa. It’s freaking hot here but persisting with moving daily.
Wow amazing 30 by 30 moves leg session. Powerful and balanced excercises. I used a pair of 15lbs and 20lbs kettlebell during the workout. I like the bodyweight too.😅 Great spirit talk for this december month. I’ll keep moving daily to stay fit and strong. I had a good time. Thank you Tracy.👍💪🦵🏼❤️
Holy moly! Ouch to those quads. I had to take 3 breaks during that last exercise. It was very challenging. I used 17, 25, 30, and (1) 35lb for the duration. Those Bulgarian split squats were brutal. I did full pistol squats. Loved the format❤ Thank you. I completed a 12 leg workout prior to this.
