Antero is about 2.5 hour drive for me, will have to check it out, thanks for sharing general location, im just getting into ice fishing and its nice for a nubee to see what people are catching at what lake or reservoir. BTW, I ordered 2 jaw jackers, one for me and one for the wife!
Antero is a great place and 11 mile is great too! Both can be tough at times but with patience you will be fine! I am one of those people that would rather see others have fun rather than feel like only I should be catching the fish! I’m here for any questions you may have, you are going to love the jawjackers! Best of luck to you and your wife, let me know how you do!
Im not familiar with those spots but I get the best luck from the south shore, I try looking for the weed beds in about 7-10 feet of water, then trout travel a lot so I’m sure most spots are decent! Tight lines!
@@onthelineoutdoors6974 there is a fishing atlas that has a bunch of lakes from Colorado in it. The northern part of Antero was apparently an old lake hence, green lake basin. Near the dam there is a “rocky hump” at around 16’ under with good vegetation. Thanks for the info.
