Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) crushed 6-7
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) seeds ½ tsp
-Ghee 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) beaten 3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds)
-Pista (Pistachio)
Directions:
-In pot,add milk,sugar and cardamom seeds,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved (approx.5 minutes) and set aside.
-In bowl,add dry milk powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder,cardamom seeds and mix well.
-Add ghee and mix well.
-Gradually add egg and knead until dough is formed & refrigerate for 5-8 minutes.
-Take a mixture,make a small balls of equal sizes and press it (makes 7-8).
-Heat milk and add the balls one by one,cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.Do not stir or use any spoon.
-Garnish with almonds and pistachio & serve chilled.

Directions:
-Pot mein doodh,cheeni aur hari elaichi seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (approx. 5 minutes) aur side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein dry milk powder,maida,baking powder aur hari elaichi seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ghee shamil karein aur mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka anda shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein & 5-8 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Mixture ko lein aur ek size ki choti balls bana lein aur press ker lein (makes 7-8).
-Doodh garam karein aur ek ek ker ka balls shamil kertay jayein,dhak ker halki ancch per 10 minutes kliya pata lein.Stir nahi kerna hai aur na he sppon use kerna hai.
-Badam aur pista sa garnish karein aur thanda serve karein. - Навчання та стиль
Despite of reading so many negative comments i decided to try this recipe n it turns out perfect 👌 guys jinka tut k bikhar gai ap logon ki measurements ma masla hoa hy one cup of dry milk doesn't mean 1 tea cup it is actually 150grms of dry milk. 1 tbspn is equal to 10 grms so u should take 15 tbspn dry milk.

This is the only recipe i follow everytime. I have made rasmalai with this recipe for 3-4 times now and each time it was really good. It tastes just like the market version of the sweet. Amazing recipe

just don't stir after adding the dough balls, let it swell, bring to room temperature and refrigerate quickly, the balls will set and won't break 👍🏻

@@samia_mughal sab balls ek sath bna k pehly ksi dish ya plate me rakhain aur balls bna k inko thori dair just like 1-2 min chor dein apko idea hojaye ga k ab balls ko uthayo to unki shape kharab ni horahi aur phir usko milk me dalain.. aur phir milk me spoon bhi khyal se chalayein taky balls ko zor se na lagay.. thori practice se sab acha hojaye ga 🙂

Pro tip: try to use everyday for dry milk the first time i made this i used everyday and it turned out bomb but the second time i used nido it was dry and wouldn't binde so i had use an extra egg.
Pro tip 2: don't take the milk off the stove just put it on low heat and cook for longer otherwise it's very runny (if you like it that way it's fine than)

The recipe was really good but here are a few tips:
- add a little less sugar because it is very sweet. I had to add more milk to make it less sugary
- you can actually use half the amount for the milk mixture because i found that there was a lot of milk and not enough balls.
- the egg depends on your egg size. i had to add a little bit more egg to smooth my dough.
