Question, If boxers work these same techniques during their everyday training excercises on the bags, doesn't these compound movements become the same and add to more muscle fatigue/possible injury due to overuse, versus during their strength training working the opposite muscle groups to create a more stable body and less wear and tear/overuse?... I could see these excercises during offseason but I ask myself at what point does strength training and sport specific training excercises become intermingled and cross over into each others dimension. I understand the meaning of the upload is speed and power and there is only so much to share in a 12 minute video. I am not critize the speed and power training video content but merely to suggest at the above of intermingling of sport specific excercises with strength training, which is commom practice I see online now days. On another note your work is Great and do look forward to more!
