Hey man, so i did the refund thingy and and after all of the steps, i got this kind of email 0:31 but the thing is there's no robux refunded/restored to my account. So what should i do? Do i just have to wait or email them back about the restored robux isnt on my account? Anyway, thank you.

did you reply directly to the message in you inbox or in a support form. if u did in inbox and sent the photos like the ones i showed you then just wait a little maybe your timezone roblox is inactive atm so a reply should come that will say that they are reviewing it then another reply comes saying that you have been reindorsed blank robux! if theres more issues lmk!

im not entirely sure, but id say create another support ticket replying to the number of the one they gave you of the complaint

After i did it they say they cant verify my email or account ownership
that means you didnt use the email linked to your account when sending the form
Also i did end up keeping the gamepasses i had deleted which was a good aspect so really its just free robux!
