If you aim for less you will end up with moderation.
If you aim for moderation you will end up with a bit more.

Agar medicine leni he to sirf b complex with zinc +becadexamine+ecospirin .75 after age 45 leni he.
Koi rocket science nahi he fitness unless aap professional sportman, filmstar ya bodybuilder banna chaahtey ho. Wahaan gym aur trainer chaahiye kyonki paisa wasool he. Saamney tum bhi kamaatey ho apni body sey.
